So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

No exaggeration, yelled. No empathy or understanding that we were upset for good reason. We rented a U-Haul van and moved everything that was left out that very day. Turned out we didn't need the second one as soon I left I called the guy back telling him we only needed one he had completely forgot the conversation we had. Instead of helping me, they did worse than the opposite , and put in the system to block me from getting an emergency code for One day! So instead of helping me, they doubled down and made it more difficult for me, more difficult than if I would have never called them in the first place!! They said I could call in the morning and take it up with the locals at my storage.. um they are the nicest people and YOU are the ones not helping me NOW!! Don't give them the burden in the morning!!! So hey my guys are out 15 plus hours making money to pay for this storage and their reward is to not be able to access their cars to go home to their families.
