I'm concerned because now 3 days later (no one in the office today or when I stopped by late yesterday around 5:20pm) I don't want to get stuck with a late fee whenI tried to make the payments timely.Also, an issue with being forced to by YOUR locks at $25/lock, even on units I have had for years. Its almost like someone there picks and chooses who gets the units where people can put on their on locks vs. forcing to buy another. Finally, I was just reading Morningstar's policy - that I didn't have to pay to hold a unit, that's definitely not was I was told; you can look into my account/call me and we can discuss further. Shame you have the prettiest, cleanest units, great location but you will lose business if these practices keep up.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere.
