Nash CDL Training

DO NOT GO HERE -Nash CDL Training is a fraud and a scam, Faouzie E. Bayoud is a liar and a thief. I…read morebrought Faouzie Bayoud a business idea in September of 2022 we agreed to a partnership, now they want to steal the company which they have no experience in this industry. Faouzie lied to me and is trying to steal my company for his uneducated son. Ellis couldn't come up with a company on his own like Faouzie has claimed, so he can finally get his son out of his pocketbook, neither Faouzie nor Ellis Bayoud know anything about teaching CDL Training, they stole my training material, lied and are trying to still use my name and image to make a name for themselves in this industry. They only know construction and mobile homes and Ellis can't even do that correct, Ellis hired a company to show him how to run a company and spent $250,000.00 to do so and still has no clue on how to run a company that he was handed. Nash Construction and Nash CDL Training owe a lot money to several people, be careful doing business with these people, they are liars and thieves. The instructors that Ellis hired Blaine Burngot & Scott Frisbie are incompetent, they refuse to teach according to the TXDPS laws and rules, they sit there and make you do it over and over again until you finally figure it out for yourself, they DO NOT get in the truck and instruct you, they sit on their lazy butts, drink coffee, watch tv and smoke cigarettes. There is a system that I setup called CDL Powersuite which is a daily progress report they refuse to use, they fill out a checklist and go into the system and mark what you got wrong and what you got correct which does not actually record your correct time, their passing rate is supposed to be around 80% on 1st try, Nash CDL passing rate is less than 35% on the 1st try. Ellis and I sat down and came up with the pricing for this training and after the 1st 90 days and bringing them over 15 cities as clients, Ellis decided that with no experience and with a poor passing rate he wants to increase the price to almost double of what we were charging, Ellis wants to charge what schools are charging (They are NOT a school, they are a truck rental company) I told Ellis that he needed to pay his dues and get things fixed 1st then increase your price. Ellis and Faouzie Bayoud have said they know Blaine and Scott are not the ones to get them to the next level, but instead they chose to keep them with poor results, they steal trucks and break court orders, Faouzie and Ellis both were told that they needed my written consent to buy two trucks by court order, Faouzie went behind my back and made the deal and told me to stay out of it, Ellis and Faouzie Bayoud both directly broke a court order. Ellis had one of his drivers that wrecked on a TX highway with a Mobil home & he stole the diesel tank from the crash site & had it buried in the backyard of Nash Construction to hide it from TXDOT & knowingly did this with diesel fuel still in the tank as it is buried to hide evidence underneath his CDL training facility pad. They drive trucks that are not legal and Ellis tried to sell me our bus personally for $1.00 to get it off of the insurance policy knowing he couldn't remove it unless he sold it 1st (trying to commit insurance fraud) they rob peter to pay Paul and they take money from their employees checks to pay OAG court order child support and then they don't even send the payment in for over 3 months so that they can pay other bills, and then when called out about it, they say there was a glitch in the system but we mailed a check and even then they don't send in the correct amount, they steal from everyone and Faouzie E Bayoud wants to talk about loyalty, that man has none. Faouzie & Ellis with Nash CDL Training want to charge school prices but they are not a school, for the price they want to charge, you can find someone more qualified with a better passing rate they are uneducated & inexperienced as a start up company in this industry. I know all of this from 1st hand experience with dealing with these two frauds directly.

The morning of my rental, which was supposed to be a full-size SUV, I got a phone call that Avis…read moreRockwall would not have my reserved vehicle available. It was not a problem for me, as this was just a two-day rental because my car was in the shop, so I willingly took a smaller SUV. My check in later that day happened to be with the store manager, and she was pleasant and reasonably efficient. She took me out to show me the car, and specifically pointed to the gas gauge and said you can see it is full. Although there was a tiny yellow line at the top, I assumed for this vehicle, which was a Jeep Cherokee, that was standard for a full tank. I drove the car one day out of the two days, and returned it on the second day after filling the tank. Because I had driven so few miles, the tank-fill shut off at a gallon and a half of gas, which was full. When I then returned the car to Avis, the clerk looked at the gas gauge and said it didn't look full, because it had the same yellow line at the top. I showed him my receipt, and because my receipt from Kroger's had the date, but no timestamp on it, he proceeded to say there would be refueling fees because the tank was not full. End of story, I spent 10 minutes arguing with the clerk and got nowhere. Manager came out, checked the car and came back and said it's full and checked me out. No apology, no pleasantries, just sent me on my way. A total scam to try and get me to pay a refueling fee on a completely full gas tank. I will never go to this Avis location again. I hate to leave a poor review, but sometimes the public just needs to know the real scoop on a scam store.
