There were some time adjustments needed to accommodate scheduling but Carlos and Ali brightened my day with their phenomenal customer service on a Texas hot summer day with rain that trickled in near the end of the move, and did not complain. Also, Kenneth who helped schedule the move kept me informed of estimated arrival times and any scheduling changes as needed while actively adjusting accordingly. I commend him for his level of professionalism and occupational hospitality. Their demeanor and smiles kept me encouraged while we powered through my move. Also they shrinkwrapped and covered my belongings while handing them with care. Also, they supplied the use of wardrobe boxes as needed to ensure we could move my clothing and closet items in record time. One thing that stood out to me was their genuine kindness and commitment to excellent customer service. Since my move needed to happen quicker than I was initially prepared for-I had limited time to secure movers and to complete the move within hours of having to travel internationally. Carlos adjusted as needed, and even though I was pressed for time and trying to keep costs down he went above and beyond to ensure my bed was reassembled and appliances (washer and dryer were hooked up properly and provided recommendations for a helpful tool for My tool kit used often for furniture assembly. Their teamwork showed that they all got along & liked working together which makes any job easier to do. From the moment Jorge met me at the door I was impressed. He was very professional and thorough in explaining everything. It was very easy completing the paperwork and I loved the many ways to pay. They showed up on time they were completely prepared and they wrapped every item with care. I recently moved again and hired Eagle Movers to assist, this was my second time using this company. The morning I had scheduled to have Eagle Movers come I ended up waking up late. They arrived right on time, tried to get in touch with me, and when I told them I was running very late they told me they understood. They allowed me the time to get to the apartment and still helped with all of the things I needed moved. They wrapped everything so well and took so much time and care to take everything down the stairs, disassemble/reassemble, and make sure nothing was broken in the process. I've moved 5 times in 7 years with movers and these guys have by far been my best experience. Simply phenomenal! We were moving from our old two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the second floor (no elevators), across town to our new two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the third floor (no elevators). Though I wish these guys had an elevator to use, they got the job done and they got it done FAST! Our furniture was wrapped and protected during travel. They placed our items where we wished them to go in our new home. During transport, they took the direct route and did not take a long route like other companies do to get us to pay more. I recently hired Eagle Movers to move my things out of a storage unit to my new home. My move start time was scheduled between 8-10am in the morning, and they called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were leaving their location and gave me a more precise time of when I could expect them. They arrived at my storage unit and immediately introduced themselves and began to carefully but quickly load my items on the truck. As we were leaving the storage and getting ready to head to my home, unfortunately their truck had a few issues and would not work. Dre was very apologetic about the truck issues and assured me that he would get the move back on track. The move team ended up having to get a new truck, unload, and reload my items before heading to the drop off location. Throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date with what was going on and as soon as they were back on track, they gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Once they arrived, they unloaded my items and got them to the right rooms. Although this was not an ideal move situation for any of us, all of the movers remained calm, professional, courteous, and kind. They did an excellent job, and still finished my move very quickly even given the truck issues. I would 100% use Eagle Movers again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality moving company with competitive and fair pricing.
