I hired unreliable movers who never showed up, then i found this company who took care of me right from the beginning. When i told them what happened they actually went above and beyond to instill confidence that they would show up and do the job. Not only did they show up but they did an absolutely amazing job, they were extremely careful with my belongings and asked questions to ensure they got everything done correctly per my wants and needs. They were extremely pleasant to work with, extremely professional throughout the move and did not hesitate once to be extra helpful and had great attitudes throughout the whole thing. Never showed any signs of unwillingness to help or do the work, some movers you can tell are unhappy to be dealing with it but these guys had a great attitude the entire time and were so helpful it was exactly what i needed after having an awful weekend moving as much as i could by myself. Without eagle movers i would still be ferrying things one car load at a time from my storage unit to my new apartment, which was on the third floor and they got everything up there with no issues at all. OMGGGGG that's the only words I can muster up!! Wait..give me a second to gather myself......ok I'm back!! This is by far the BEST moving experience I have EVER had! From the professionalism, to the care shown towards my items...EVERYTHING was top tier!! Joey and his team were great. Friendly and professional. Joey kept me well informed on the day of the move. Letting me know that his team was running late from a previous move and that I should get a call from them soon. He also let me know that I'd be getting a third man for free since their last job required three but I only asked for two! That was an awesome accommodation and it made the entire move go by so fast. Noah and his team were awesome. They quickly got everything out and handled all of my belongings with care. When we got to the storage unit where everything was being moved to, the entire project took no more than an hour. One man stayed to organize everything while the other two brought stuff in. I had a deadline to move some old furniture out of my office. The new furniture was scheduled to arrive in 48 hours. I called Eagle Mover inc and I spoke with the owner (Joey), who was very courteous and understanding. After I explained the situation to him, he immediately said "let me see what I can do". Within 2 hours a truck and 2 employees were sent to my office. The truck even arrived before I did, and the employees waited patiently for my arrival. The whole move took less than 3 hours, and the guys were extremely professional and helpful. They even assisted me in dissembling some of the furniture. I chose Eagle Movers because they were able to accommodate my short notice move. The 3 guys they dispatched (Nathan, Miguel, and Eddie) to perform my move performed exceptionally! It was over 100*F outside but these guys worked aggressively all day long without pause. They were very courteous and professional and followed my directions carefully, and whenever they were unsure about where I wanted things placed they immediately asked for clarification. The home I moved into is a rental until I can find a home to purchase so there will be another move in my future, and I will definitely hire Eagle Movers again to perform that move. I used Eagle Movers today to move my elderly mother from her house into mine since she really didn't need to live alone anymore. They sent a great team Brandon ,Alonzo and Deon arrived on time each greeted me and I showed them what was needed to be moved. They wasted no time getting to work wrapping all the pieces with blankets . They got everything loaded then we did a walk through making sure we didn't miss anything. Eagle movers are great for a local move! I had the team with Braylon, Steven and Miguel They were very professional, efficient and friendly. It was a hard day for me for many reasons and as soon as they got to my apartment they made me confident I had chosen the right company. I have moved five times in the past and this my best move out of all of them. Joey was always available on the phone to answer questions and assist with my scheduling. I had a few issues with timing and they were very accommodating to reschedule. The crew was on time and very professional. I used Eagle for a local move and they were fantastic. Hard working, polite and respectful. Just really great guys. Also, they were completely trustworthy. When my grandmother passed away, she left me her ring -- it was gold with five jewels in it. I haven't been able to find it for a long time. One of the guys found it in the bed rail when he took the bed apart. It would have been so easy to pocket, and I never would have known. But he came and found me and wanted to make sure I got it. The two movers showed up quick, loaded up efficiently, and were very kind. They asked what I would like to be wrapped and I only requested the dresser.
