Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. TLDR: Use King. They were awesome. I've been a bit of a nomad and I'm in my 4th house in 3 years (finally bought this one!) I used 4 different companies because none of the first three were compelling enough to use again. I won't have to search for another one now though. I'll spare all the details, but they went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly and when things didn't (we had a lot of moving pieces with multiple stops) they made it right. These guys were on it! I employed them to help unload the part of the U-HAUL that was going upstairs. They communicated and let me know when they would be at the house. They were about 2 minutes early. The signing of paperwork was done digitally. It was quick. I already had everything labeled that was being moved, I had tape labeling where to put the furniture, and signs labeling the rooms. They followed directions perfectly and asked when they had questions. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'm so grateful to have found them and would absolutely use them again. To make amends he had a team of movers come out today and totally unpack and then properly repack all of my furniture and belongings. The team today was gracious and professional. I was so happy to have all of my belongings correctly packed stacked and labeled. They even repacked the boxes that were damaged last time. The have turned around my opinions of them. My wife and I had a great experience with these guys. From the manager to the guy doing the actual labor. Very professional, no wasted time on their phones just hard work. During the move I had a glass TV stand that was broken. The manager refunded me the price of the TV stand with a big fuse, long drawn out processes. Only had a short 2 bedroom move from Lewisville to Irving. I've been through many moves in my life for myself and my children (this was my son's third move in Texas). Jaz and his crew of two were one of the most efficient moving teams that I have ever hired. They knew exactly where to start, no one needed to told what to do next and we were packed and moving to the new location in under 3 hours. Unloading went even faster (under 2 hrs). I priced a few local movers that had very good reviews (still not as good as King), and they beat all the other estimates. The guys were on time and extremely polite. I heard about this company from my coworkers and thought I'd give them a try. leveraged this company to move from Fort Worth over to Grapevine. The price is very reasonable. They're very careful with your items and they are very helpful and friendly. They were on time, and placed all the items/boxes to our specifications. If you want a estimate, you can give them a call and ask for a video conference and or list the amount of items that you intend to move. depending on how big your house is, they'll bring out X amount of trailers and or extra individuals to help move. My house was fairly small, so it only took 3 guys and 1 tow truck trailer to move everything. I believe they also do junk removal as well. read more
