    The assistant manager/Sherry doesn't have good customer service and she doesn't know how to speak…read moreto customers in a good manner and I experienced that tonight around 11:00 pm when I put my gate code in and entered the property went to my unit and found that I had been over locked sometime earlier today 4/4/2026 and I paid my bill in full online on 4/3/2025 my space shouldn't have been overlooked. So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. I don't care how nice you can be to them. They are not the nicest people I have put nice reviews earlier when I was renting there because that's when it was nice but you started to get to fill people when you didn't been there for a while, but if you're thinking about renting their thing twice, they say they're a queen, but they do not clean their hallways or mopped their hallways.

From…read morethe first time I spoke with Lisa I was impressed with how great the customer service is. I reached out too early to lease a unit, but she still went over rates, policies and other information I'd need to know before scheduling a day to call me when it was closer to my actual move. She stayed on top of her communication with me (even when I was difficult to get a hold of) and we were able to get everything taken care of so I could lock in an awesome rate on a great sized unit. Lisa really is the nicest person and so incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate her bc I was all over the place when I first called, and she got me setup and ready to go with no problems. We just moved in to our unit today, but I have high hopes that everything will go well during the time we will be using the storage.

They left the lock in the unit so I was able to go whenever I had time to collect the lock and lock up the unit. The day we were moving stuff into our unit, Lisa came and introduced herself to us and let us know she was available if we needed anything, and also let us know about the app to open the gate from my phone which is way more convenient. I've never had a manager of a storage unit come out of the office to introduce themselves, and I really appreciated it!

When I raised concerns about my TV being damaged during the move, I felt dismissed immediately instead of heard as a paying, repeat customer. My interaction with Patrick S. Dobson, the Vice President, was extremely unprofessional. After I responded once to explain my concerns, his reply included "this is not worth arguing over," despite the fact that there was no back-and-forth argument happening. I was simply trying to explain my perspective regarding the damage claim. The tone of the response came across as rude, defensive, and dismissive rather than customer-focused. I also do not believe the company properly handled the damage investigation. Photos were presented as if the damage was pre-existing, but the TV had no prior damage before the movers entered my home. If any issue had truly existed beforehand, it should have been clearly pointed out to me at the time. As someone who works with customers, professionalism and communication matter just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected, and because of that, I will not be using this company again.
