There were connection issues with the iPad to sign all documents. It took an hour waiting on this. I'm patient. The lead mover called the supervisor to approve removing 1 hour for this issue. Supervisor agreed. I received a call from Josh saying I had an outstanding bill of 1 and 1/2 hours. This isn't great customer service. I would not recommend 2 men and a truck.

My things and o saw him going through my dresser and I told him that I as wrong to do that He became angry and said he quite with my personal. Things already in the truck But he was the driver so the other two we're with him so they started unloading the truck and left me stranded without movers I had to start desperately seeking other movers which turned out to be a move from Hell These moving companies are lacking in hiring. Marco worked with me over the phone and discussed all the variables involved in detail and explained the process and fees associated. The prices were extremely fair and confirmed the move. On the day before the move Marco once again confirmed the move and on the morning of the move they called to advise us they were on their way. They arrived on time and brought the larger truck as I had ordered since we have extra "stuff" with all my children. We had boxed everything ahead of time and had most of it in garage but not all. They had the garage loaded in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and delicately they got our washer and dryer from upstairs down to the truck. Everything was loaded in under 2 hours as Marco had suggested in the quote. The movers made it to the new house without incident and were quick actually beating us in our cars. They got everything moved into the new house without any issues and couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. They wrapped the items needing it and taped up drawers etc... I'm sorry I do not remember the names of the crew that did the move but they busted their butts with all our "stuff" and handled everything as promised... thank you Marco and your staff!! We will use them in the future and I highly recommend them after our experience.

They had one young guy named ARMANDO and two old men and one with a handicap. The young one in charge ARMANDO has the biggest attitude problem and wanted to argue with me and make smart remarks. He has an issue because I called and complained about his attitude to the office, so he further displayed one. His attitude changed once he saw there was men around and that I was a female on her own. After I complained, the office kindly stopped answering the phone. Save your money and go some place else because a normal 5 hour at most move and my previous movers did it in 4 hours moving from a house to the 3rd floor apartment has taken 7 hours. DON'T DO IT!!! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH POOR ATTITUDE WHEN I'M PAYING FOR A SERVICE!!!! AGAIN DON'T USE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, BEING DISRESPECTED AND A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!'

I appreciated the call and I was able to work with that. Prior to my move-in day I was in communication with one of their customer service reps, Priscilla. She was very helpful, great about answering the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner, and provided excellent customer service in regard to scheduling and answering all my questions. Unfortunately, Texas law protects moving companies and after four months of working toward a resolution, they only offered $75 and NEVER mailed the check. As a consumer who has lived without parents since 20-years old, I have worked hard for everything that I own. This particular situation has proven that companies like Grey Wolf are only concerned about their receipt of payment and not the service provided. I only wish I had time to detail the experience but trust me, it has changed my outlook on life and resources. If you hire them, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! Don't let either mover out of your sight or you will regret it to no end. Be careful!

She is extremely thorough and very professional. Desiree is delightful to work with! Moving day: These guys are awesome! Youssef, Omar, and Joe arrived right on time. They did a fantastic job of taking apart modular office desks, moving between rooms and reassembling them the way we wanted. When we changed our mind about the placement of two large desks, they immediately went to work disassembling and reassembling them to our liking. They made sure they were super careful with everything. The large filing cabinets and long desk that were moved to a very narrow storage-type room went in without a scratch! I am amazed at how smooth everything went and in such a short amount of time! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and will certainly use them again for my next move!

I had 7 pieces of furniture for them to move - a coat and shoe rack which they broke, a dresser…read morethat had all the drawers moved by me already gone, a hope chest empty, a 60" tv still in the box, a dresser with empty drawers and mirrors, a queen bed headboard not attached and no box springs a metal from that was in one piEve, a china hutch that broke down to 2 pieces, and a sofa bed couch that I had to help them get out my door. They did have stairs at my old place but an elevator at the new place. It took them 6 hours to move my things. if my sister had been in town we could have moved it faster than they did. My estimate was about 1/2 of what they wanted to charge me which was $1100 I told them I could only pay $900 which is still absurd. I went over there to the office and talked to Cameron about it and he advised me he would give me a refund if 1 hour and $.60 per pound on the broken item. When I sent him the weight of the item and asked about my refund he said once I paid the balance of $200 then Ihe would process the refund. Really $1100 for 7 items. Needless to say the balance and the refund were a wash. I will never use or recommend this place again.

Had a terrible experience! Moved from a 3 bedroom home, minimal furniture, had 90% of boxes in…read moregarage and few by the door so it would be easy access for them. They didn't wrap multiple items chipped 2 dressers, dining room table, dining chairs, threw couch cushions into the back of the truck (damaged leather) and took 6 hours! When trying to get a hold of managment they ignored text, emails, and voicemails. Finally admitted they never used the movers they assigned that day. They did send someone out to fix items but was not the same. Very unprofessional will not use again.
