The person who provided great service is not longer there. I came in to have an oil painting boxed, wrapped, and shipped. That's not what I received. Oh yes, the person who works there will sell you a box and bubble wrap, but he doesn't want to get your package prepared and will not ship it for you. His question to me was, "How well do you like the picture?" I couldn't figure out where we were going with this question, so I asked him to just be straight with me. He then gave me stats on the business losses for shipping items last year and told me it was best for me to take it to the post office. Now, I want to point out, on their door it says they ship. But I was being pressured to not choose to do that with them. Another observation I have with this worker at this store. When I walked in, he was on the phone with a customer who was asking about box sizes. After getting off the phone, he looks at me and makes some rude remark about that customer not understanding that boxes don't come in that size. It's clear to me that this worker doesn't really want to work. And the final decision for me is, I will never come back.

I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!

A month ago I had gone up there with my mom (who at the time just had a knee operation and could hardly walk) to get the key to the lock they had put on our storage so we could replace it with our own. My mom stayed in the truck while I went into the office to ask for the key and Miss Kim gave me the rudest attitude when I stated that I had come inside for my mother who can barely walk to get the key but she didn't want to hear it she yelled at me that my mom had to come inside. And then just this past Sunday my mother, sister, fiancé, and I all go to empty out her unit (to move her to a MUCH MUCH BETTER ONE), but we had to call and get another lock taken off our unit and Miss Kim was there AGAIN. My mom had called 30min prior to being there and told her that she was going to be there a few mins before 5pm and Kim told her that she was NOT going to stay 1 minute past 5pm because she had things to do after work. When my fiancé and I arrived at 5:07pm she was still there!
