So I went to the office and rang the door bell no one answered so I rang the bell on the apartment that is attached to the office also no answer then I called and left a message, so then I went to the apartment located at the back of property and I knocked very lightly Assistant manager came to door I ask if she could tell me why I'm overlooked she was very rude when she told me I didn't pay my bill, I then told her that is wrong I paid Friday asked her if she could call the Manager she then told me I would have to take that up with Christina and that she wasn't fucking calling anybody for me, then her dog came running after me like it was going to bite me and I told the dog to get away from my then Sherry told me fuck off mother fucker and to get the fuck away from her door and that she wasn't helping me with shit, so I walked back to my space and got in my car entered my code and left the property sent another text message and an email to the property in Broadway Blvd, Garland Tx.

There's no mysterious fees during the move in and the lock is complimentary. Also access is 24 hours a day with no surprises like codes changing out of nowhere. The cost is a good value because it's rules are pretty basic...just follow them and everything will go smoothly. Not trying to slam the others but it's nothing like "snatch & grab" places like Public Storage or Extra Space Storage with extremely high turnover rates for auctions. Canceled immediately. 100% a bait and switch. I am looking on their website now, and that same size storage unit is being marketed for $44. Clearly there are way too many games with pricing so I would highly advise to stay away and find another local storage if you plan to be there longer than a month or two.

We have lived in Garland 40 years; I live near the facility on Crist Road. I have both a storage unit and a trailer parked there. One night or early morning the trailer was stolen, and they were "ON IT". Called us in the middle of the night, showed my husband and GPD great video footage of how they broke into the gate and shows them driving off with the trailer. We were able to get the trailer back unharmed due to their quick action. When you call them, they answer the phone personally day or night. The prices are lower that the conglomerate chain on average as they save in the marketing area due to superior service, word of mouth keeps them full. They have a fair agreement plan, and do not try to lock you in a contract for a specific time frame. The business ethics alone are outstanding and again, I say this is a direct result of being a small business and the importance it has. I don't know this as fact, but I am sure that many times the owner has been approached to sell to a big national or even global company but chose not to. Tells you volumes right there; she cared more about her customers, her community, and city by not "selling out". Who knows how rich she could have been taking one of those deals. These are the OPITIME of people we want in our city. Virtue and common sense, turns out have real impact. Here are a few other reasons: Economic Impact Job creation: Local businesses are major employers. They often provide jobs to people in the community, helping reduce unemployment and boost local income. Money stays local: When you shop locally, more of your money stays in your community. Local business owners are more likely to spend their earnings locally, which keeps the economic cycle flowing. Better Customer Service Small businesses often offer more personalized, friendly service because they value their relationships with local customers. They tend to go the extra mile because their reputation in the community matters. The bottom line is that locally owned businesses have a much more vested interest in the community on every level and will look out for the interest of the community over that of a national chain like Walgreens or Walmart I can't say enough good things about the personal customer service, easy terms, and fair pricing. Although they were so far away from me, I was worry-free. A3 is so clean and safe, and Melanie so responsive. My only regret: I knew that it would be unlikely I'd find such great storage and management again.
