DO NOT USE: They need 100 NEGATIVE star rating…read more DAMAGES TO PROPERTY: They damaged BRAND NEW furniture, dining room table, bedroom furniture and other things and just advised me to call a number to file a claim to a number that no one answers. PRICE GOUGE - Adds RIDICULOUS trumped up fees that are not in the contract. They have generic contract without any totals on it except the cost for that agreement we initially made. However, they charged me an addition $500 extra. and wouldnt take my most valuable items off the truck until I paid. Threatened me with storage fees and drove off with my valuables for 12 hours forcing me to pay the trumped up charges. When they returned, they would not deliver the heavy items into the home. The police had to them move it upstairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The people who do return your a call eventually are skilled scammers, and professional liars. One of the movers who is the owner of the fraudulent business denies accountability. POOR MOVING WORK ETHIC - Movers was an hour and thirty minutes late. Complained they were tired the whole time becuase this was there 5 move. They took smoke breaks, and was very, very slow. One guy stood around and waited for orders from the lead mover who is the owner. One bedroom apartment took TWO trips because they didnt pack the truck up. I later learned this was part of the time scam. I do NOT have a lot of items that would taken 6 hours to move. The mover gave me a generic receipt that looks a waiter could of written up in restaurants. In my opinion, don't think this company should be in buisnesd and should have their licenses to move people revoked. Location: This company is web based. They don't have a physical address, but there website provides a suite number. There is an apartment building at that address. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

I requested a quote using Yelp and Michael contacted me within a few moments of my inquiry (in the evening, in fact!). These guys take their business very seriously. Between two of them, they were able to move a treadmill from my downstairs apartment to my new home very easily where it took a lot of work for the guys who helped me get to my previous residence. Communication was consistent via phone, email, and text, if you choose, and their price for their work cannot be beat. These guys cracked me up somehow within getting everything loaded, transported, and moved into my new place within a period of three hours. It was nice given the amount of stress I've been under being single and trying to get moved from city to city. I would say to have water bottles available for them so that they can stay hydrated while helping you out. I didn't think about it myself, rookie mistake, but for two guys to have put in the amount of work they did in a short period of time, I'm sure you'd understand why I felt like it was the least I could do. The day that I moved, we were moving from apartment building 3 to apartment building 2. I was pregnant at the time so my ability to do things like lift boxes or move. Furniture was extremely limited. Even though it was not Sunday, they have a very specific policy about Sunday moving, but was in the middle of the week. I was given a quote stating that it's a minimum of five hours to move my belongings. I opted to go with this company because I had heard a lot of good things through the grapevine so you have to imagine my disappointment. When not only did they slow down to meet that five hour minimum that was falsely quoted. But a good number of my items were damaged. I was asked by one of the representatives to leave a good review after I spoke with them about the damages and the concerns that I had about this particular company and how my items retreated, and how moving from apartment on one side of the complex to the other side of the complex was more expensive than moving from North Richland Hills, Texas to The Colony, Texas. They asked me to leave a good review because the person who had set up my case was due for a annual review or a merit review of some kind or bonus review of some kind and a bad review would have hurt them in that. I opted to just not leave a review. In addition to all of that, I was told that the owner/manager of this particular branch of two men and a truck moving was going to reach out to me. I specifically said that I needed him to reach out to me at my cell phone after 4 PM central time. Something that every single other person that I spoke to was able to do. Not only did that manager wait to call me for months, but he called me in the middle of my workday. I explained that I couldn't talk now and I would need to have him call me back after 4 PM central time I never heard from them again. In short, I wouldn't really recommend this company. Being given a quote related to hourly pricing, and then being quoted that I would have to pay minimum of five hours when that is only their policy on Sundays. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and has made me really research and try to find better moving companies because this is the second miss that I have had with suggested/recommended companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I trusted them, and unfortunately that trust turned out to be a costly mistake. My very expensive furniture, which was in excellent condition before the move, was damaged, along with my walls. What should have been a simple moving experience has turned into frustration and back and forth trying to get the damage fairly addressed. Because i did not purchase their additional coverage, they are limiting their responsibility to $0.60 per lb, and i have had to repeatedly go back and forth with them over the weight of my furniture. It is incredibly frustrating to have to argue over the weight of furniture that was damaged while in their care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The initial moving experience may have seemed smooth, but what matters is how a company handles things when something goes wrong. This has been extremely disappointing. My advice: do your homework, read the fine print, and do not rely solely on what the movers tell you about additional coverage. I wish i had known then what i know now.

No this experience at PS 08409 transcended the mundane and elevated itself into a fond memory, of being treated with dignity and respect and being seen as a viable asset to a billowing infrastructure. From the moment I was greeted by Mr. Ben to the trip in the cart (and mind you he opened the door on the way out and on the way in) to the meticulous way he explained the contractual agreement, this truly uplifted the whole experience of moving. You know employees of public storage facilities as a whole probably encounter clients at their most stressful points, it seems that this location takes that to heart and takes it upon themselves to ease a little of that burden with price and service. Honestly, Mr. Ben's extensive background in Real estate has served him well; for he treats each and every client as if you are buying some palatial estate, even when you are probably haggling trying to get a great deal on the unit that is the most apropos. To insure that you receive the best possible price he will even direct you to the website, if he can not offer you the best deal on-site! Every employee I have encountered at this location brought their A- game! My only regret is that PS 08409 was not a residential facility; because I pay an un-godly amount for living expenses and have not received no where near this type of genuine- desire for my business, my contribution, and my person.
