I rarely give review , but the price and the huge storage space I have too. I came to Fort Worth, Texas unexpectly and from the first phone forward , this facility has made my life so much easier . That was 2018. I had just lost must of my things from Harvey. The facility is always clean and well lighted. I have never had any problems with my storage. The office staff just wonderful. I recently just became a customer at this particular storage center and Lesha is an outstanding example of exceptional customer service. Her customers and well as assistant manager have been nothing but awesome. She was able to get me an awesome military discount while being in such an abrupt transition. I recently moved all items into my storage unit and she offered unconditional support and assistance. I ran into some issues but with her understanding for her customers, everything rolled over smoothly. I'm thankful. She made a tough transition a smooth ride. I made a contract with this place in 2017. Now is 2021. I have always paid the rent in time with a card given to them to automatically charge it. The place has permanently increased the price without letting you know or without getting your consent. They are just charging your card whatever amount they want. They do not respond to the e-mails where you are asking why they charged you more. They just ignore you. If you finally can talk to them, they will just say "that's it". If you wanna save yourself the trouble please go to a different place, not this one! read more

We needed a storage unit to hold some of our things while we do some remodeling in the house. Lesha was very helpful and efficient in getting my unit set up. She explained the different options available and showed me the unit I would be renting so I could make sure it's what I wanted. It's a clean place and I feel like my stuff will be secure. They also have pretty awesome specials depending on what size you are looking for and how long you need the unit. Lesha provides outstanding customer service. She is warm, inviting, and efficient. The office is spotless, and they offer packing supplies and storage unit locks at competitive prices. Saves the extra trip to the hardware store. The company offered a very nice special price, which is part of the reason why I wanted to rent there. The grounds are immaculate. Once you arrive to this location everything looks ok. No signs of what will happen after you sign a contract. They require a card on file and they will keep increasing the amount they charge you. Very quickly they will have prices way bigger than the original one gave to you at the moment you wanted to move in. You will just need to take everything from there and go to a different storage center. If you don't wanna do the moving, loading and unloading again, probably this is not the place you are looking for read more

This place is a great place only when you go in and want to sign a contract with them. Once that moment is passed, things are changing instantly. They require you to have a card on their system and they will increase the charge permanently. They will not bother replying to your e-mails asking them why they charged you more. I've been w several Storage Companies through the years for my businesses until US storage centers on Golden Triangle. I won't go anywhere else. It's cheaper than maintaining a huge warehouse. Greg is easy to work with & the facility is always clean & well maintained & pricing is good. I've never had any problems and I've had at least six different storage buildings through the years.
