This place is absolutely infested with rats yet they think it's acceptable to continuously raise…read morethe rent. We had nothing in our unit that would attract rodents and I had the wonderful experience of finding a decomposing rat on the floor. I had to clean it up and management never returned my call but they have the audacity to call if your payment is one day late. We finally were able to move what was salvageable out of this horrid place recgently. I had to leave a wagon and some broken pieces of boxes that were soaked with rats urine because I was NOT putting them in my car. Of course they deemed it appropriate to charge me a free plus the full months rent for that. Stay away from this place at all costs!

When I called back, I got a different person, who told me that there was another facility in EULESS, TX where the Owner was. I called there to complain about the woman Named Shirley, who hung up on me - and the man who answered the phone was polite. But upon being transferred to the OWNER, I was accosted by a real creep - who not only yelled at me - but was totally obnoxious. This was THE OWNER - no less. He kept talking about someone named Sherry - and I have no clue what he was talking about. So, therefore if you LOVE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I have had hard times. they don't know this however they have been very good tome as a customer who has been late for several months in a row. once my friend was to pay the bill and totally forgot and I thought it was paid and it wasnt realized until the second month was due. I missed the notices but they were totally cool about me catching up. they are also very very reasonable with their late fees and the amount of time you have before they are enforced. and even cheaper by comparison by a landslide are their rental rates. I love the customer support and the ease of getting my issues resolved. the face of Arrow Storage for me is always the same. she's always there dependable and she is easy to deal with!!!!! anything I need to change or alter in any way I know I can call or email or leave a message after hours and am 100% confident it will be taken care of WITHOUT WORRY OR QUESTION. this is you're best choice when it comes to price, service and having your ever changing needs met with people who will be there to work with you with respect, diligence and your satisfaction in mind at all times. This is where things go from very good to very NOT good. As with so many similar experiences talking to almost anyone on the phone these days, the representatives: 1) Talk extremely fast, much faster than necessary and certainly far too fast than a normal conversation between two people 2) Their accent is so thick, it is VERY difficult to understand exactly what they are attempting to say. 3) They do not listen carefully to the question(s) that I am attempting to ask. 4) They are compelled to repeat everything back to me in a robotic-like fashion. 4) They repeat their answer to me 4-times over, even if I clearly understood what they said the first time.

If a problem arose, Amber, the manger was always willing to get it resolved. I have come to know many of the tenants and they all love Amber. I had to close my business due to health issues and no longer needed my units. That is the only reason I am no longer there.
