We signed on the spot. Needing the use of their truck, we set a day/time to pick it up. We hired someone to do the actual moving, and he showed up at the appointed time. No one was there and the office remained locked up...most all day. We lost between 3-4 hours while we came up with plan B, which involved renting a U-Haul truck. The assistant manager called today to ask if we still needed the truck. Uh, no. She offered no reason why she was not on duty when she should have been. Nor did she offer to reimburse the price of the truck we had to rent because of their mistake. As I said earlier, their facilities are top notch, and ease of use is excellent. However, going forward, we will remain wary of their customer service promises. As a new customer, we are really not impressed.

Left a voicemail for a call back immediately and called several more times, nothing. I contacted the national 1-800 number and the best they can do is open a ticket with the property manager and tell me I should hear back within 24 hours. I did an emergency vacate of my unit and will never recommend this place to anyone! Service - non-existent each time I ever call them including this incident, no answer Environment - lights were broken in hallway for several weeks... but eventually fixed Door locks on climate control building - you can only get them from management, not in the app. Climate control does not mean pest control.

Apparently, the national number gets kickbacks when they circumvent the phone calls to them, and they charge significantly more than Alren at the Plano office charges. Like a LOT more. We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it.
