I was so frustrated even before I had got there about other personal life issues and he was so understanding and so patient with me and so helpful. I paid online for the storage. When I realized the storage was too small, I canceled it right away. That's when I was told that I won't be getting my money back even though I NEVER EVEN USED the unit because it was paid for online. Def NO NOT RECOMMEND. U-Haul Storage was able to give me a free month and a bigger unit for way cheaper. read more

If I could give a no star rating I would. We had an online reservation, when we arrived to pay in person 2 days before the official start date of the contract we were told there were no units available at the lower price we reserved. The only unit that was available was triple the price. At first they gave us the run around, and would not return any phone calls. The manager (Diane) and employee (Loretta) were both useless and rude. No thank you I went elsewhere. read more

bad very very bad !!!! customer service is bad they tell you one thing and they decide on another ! my unit was infested with rats and idk what other kinds of bugs ! They were upset that I dumped all my stuff in there dumpster I was more upset that I had to throw away my new couches my new king size bed my new patio furniture pillows everything was Ruined has rat urine and poop everywhere and bugs etc Now they are trying to charge me 250 dollars because I didn't put that stuff in my vehicle and go throw it away at the Fort Worth dump! seriously they should be paying me !! horrible i paid 160 every month for my stuff just to get ruined over a year !
