I received a message the number could not be reached. I reconfirmed the number and no success. A text message was attempted but while we awaited a reply. I physically drove the facility. I however discovered I was locked out of the facility. After about a hour we were provided a different number to call. The person we spoke to was rude and was reluctant to meet us at the site. I later learned he was the owner. This facility is not staffed so you're out of luck if there is a problem because their phone doesn't work either. I received three different numbers to call via text. Finally once the owner arrived on site he was belligerent, condescending and belittled me. At one point he called me a fool and said he hated people of my generation. This guy has no business working with the public. Total loser ! I gave them one star because it's required but I would have given him zero.

For everyone raving about the customer service, obviously never talked to Mike. I called 3 times…read moreand left a message about updating my payment on file. Not one return call. After they charged me a $25 dollar late for for a "processing error" AFTER I updated my payment info on the website, I had to wait on the phone for 15 mins for someone to pick up. After Mike picked up, he tells me that he is headed into a "meeting" and will have to call me back "this afternoon". Well, at 5:15, I called him back, and again, sat on the phone for about 10 minutes until someone picked up. Lo and behold, It's Mike again. He said "didn't I tell you I would call you back this afternoon". I told him the afternoon was over and we are now into the evening. I have never had someone speak to me so rudely when I was just trying to call and find out what was going on with my payment. And I do mean rude. He told me that he would have to "escalate" my problem and he would call me back. I asked for an ETA of this phone call back and he said "this evening" well it's 11am the next morning and I have still heard nothing. We have been with them for over a year. Never had a payment processing issue, late fee, or any other issue. We are moving our travel Trailer. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for better customer service.
