I received a message the number could not be reached. I reconfirmed the number and no success. A text message was attempted but while we awaited a reply. I physically drove the facility. I however discovered I was locked out of the facility. After about a hour we were provided a different number to call. The person we spoke to was rude and was reluctant to meet us at the site. I later learned he was the owner. This facility is not staffed so you're out of luck if there is a problem because their phone doesn't work either. I received three different numbers to call via text. Finally once the owner arrived on site he was belligerent, condescending and belittled me. At one point he called me a fool and said he hated people of my generation. This guy has no business working with the public. Total loser ! I gave them one star because it's required but I would have given him zero.

My bill is due the 2nd, I pay the 10th (8 days later) and I am charged a 66.80$ "late fee", and yes I understand if you pay your bill on time there's no fee, but a little over a week late and I'm charged a 20% late fee? So my advice to anyone considering using this place for storage is simple..... dont. Find somewhere else where they won't continue raising rates consistently, and nickel and dime you.
