The managers at Mini U Storage in Crowley are absolutely AMAZING! Ms. Vicki was friendly, polite and informative. I needed a small unit at the last minute and they helped me out just prior to closing. It is such a rarity to experience warm and genuine customer service these days. Mark and Cindy manage this property. They have been nothing but helpful. They were just as courteous on move out day as they were on move in day. This property is very CLEAN. The company has an easy to use app so customers can pay their rent without a problem. If I ever need to use storage again I will only go here. Mark and Cindy have made a life long customer. read more

Had my stuff in one of their climate control units for about a year. No issues with billing or the property maintenance. Cindy and Mark keep it really clean inside and out and are always doing those little extras to be helpful. I would use them again if the need arises! read more

My husband and I have used this place twice, the storage place itself is fine but talking to the managers takes 10 years off your life. I called ahead and let them know I was coming in to hopefully help with the time of the paperwork process. The paperwork process was supposed to take 30 minutes and ended up taking over an hour because of the horribly slow pace the managers work at. I am a very patient person, so I don't mind a long wait as long as they are doing what they can. But the way I was spoken to by the male manager was absolutely unacceptable. They were having problems pulling up my insurance and when I asked to help troubleshoot the issue I was met with an attitude and hostility. As a petite woman the response made me never want to put myself in a situation to talk to that man ever again. You would think paying customers who are just trying to help would be met with more hospitality, after waiting an hour for something i was quoted to be half the time. Ultimately, the management is the reason I ended up not using the unit and taking my things elsewhere. read more

Update So they go up on the storage fees every 3 months then they keep people hard earned money. If you move out early (5days) at the start of a new month you have to pay the whole month with no reimbursement. So end up paying almost $600 for 5 days. Because that's was the easiest we could move in the our new place. After a year 4 months of paying storage fees with them going out all the time. This is how they treat people!!!!

I received a message the number could not be reached. I reconfirmed the number and no success. A text message was attempted but while we awaited a reply. I physically drove the facility. I however discovered I was locked out of the facility. After about a hour we were provided a different number to call. The person we spoke to was rude and was reluctant to meet us at the site. I later learned he was the owner. This facility is not staffed so you're out of luck if there is a problem because their phone doesn't work either. I received three different numbers to call via text. Finally once the owner arrived on site he was belligerent, condescending and belittled me. At one point he called me a fool and said he hated people of my generation. This guy has no business working with the public. Total loser ! I gave them one star because it's required but I would have given him zero.

I went online to search for a storage building. I found two locations that were less than 5 miles from my home. I reserved both online since it was no money required and I expected to go and review both of them the following day and make my decision. Within five minutes I received a phone call from Mini U storage. Cindy was very professional and she answered all of my questions. I immediately canceled the other reservation. When I arrived the following day, I was greeted, was taken out to review the available storage buildings, provided water and a free lock! Two people live on site, plenty of lighting, gated. They weren't the cheapest but they sold me with their service! Great job!! read more

The On site management team takes pride in their facility, and how well they treat customers. The lot is brightly lit, and clean. They Insist on you using their lock, but unlike everyone else it's free, and its a darn good lock! They have a truck that is supper affordable, and never charge for the use of carts or dollies. With 24 hour gate access, cctv security and On site Management, you can find no better place or a staff that will take better care of you. read more

Clean and very reasonably priced, especially when compared to storage units closer to Fort Worth. Staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. They provided us with business cards of movers recommended by their customers, which turned out to be a great help; we were very pleased with the movers as well. read more

I arrived about 45 minutes earlier than I thought. And right when I arrived so did 3 other customers. But Vicki (I think that's her name) ( probably about 53 and also works in the Arlington location)handled everything thing in stride. She was very courteous and answered all my questions. read more
