The thing I associate the most with west 7 is their bars and night life. A lot of these places are open during the day as a brunch/restaurant but I prefer the bar scene at night. It can be dangerous is you go to certain places as it can get rough but if you just walk away and dont start trouble you will be fine. At night there are a lot of people here and it can get very dirty with lots of trash due to there being a lot of food trucks in the area. You can find tacos, empanadas, pizza, sandwiches and even BBQ being sold at night out here in the streets. Parking is free if you purchase something from some of the restaurants there but that is not always the case. Free street parking can be found you just have to look or you can pay for staying in the garage. A couple of blooks have 'pay to work' with parking meters but they usually offer you 2 free hours. I would suggest parking as far away and then walking to west 7 at night because if you park on the street after 10pm they will tow your car. I seen it happen multiple times where people pay and park but dont read that it expires at 10pm and right on the dot the tow trucks come out and take peoples car. Be careful where you park and dont start any trouble.

It's free and worth viewing from the sidewalks. It gets crowded so be sure to get a spot early! The Fort Worth Stockyards transforms into a unique, Western-themed holiday experience. It looked exactly the same as last year with the horse drawn wagons, train rides for children, outdoor ice skating rink, photos with Santa, restaurants, shops and the same guy making longhorn shaped balloon hats for over 20 years for a true Texas Christmas vibe.

A friend came to vosit and i took him out there. It's almost as if the Bass brothers helped out again. They've brought that place back to life. They've cleaned up and there are tons of shops back in there now. Friendly faces everywhere. Try to catch the rodeo. Sto p in and dance at Billy Bob's. Love musicians everywhere - great music! We watched the longhorn drive through town. We ate at Riscky's. We shopped at Lucchese (amazing shop!), Double D, Wrangler, Boot Barn, and so many others They've fancied up the apartments on the back side of Armour. The area was gorgeous. Lots of good stores throughout, too. The Santa is on the roof of the Armour building. Just a couple years ago that building looked dilapidated with broken windows. It's gorgeous now. Prices vary. Parking lots have QR codes and go for $25. Expect to pay around here, but you might find a good bargain. All I can say is Go Visit!!

There is a barbershop here I like to visit - a sushi place I enjoy and a running store - not to mention a great Chick fil an and larger grocery store plus outdoors supply place in the same area - all of these I like to visit and we have enjoyed each of them and more many times! First of all, did you know they have a Concierge? They are on duty 24/7. When, I was there on a Wednesday afternoon a friendly and likeable Hispanic guy was working there. It's good to know someone is looking out for you. You can sleep peacefully at night. The entry way was breathe taking with an oversized horse to greet you. There's also a unique geometric fixture that hangs in front of the elevator that's very appealing. Upstairs, the hallways are spacious and each tenant has a small built in shelf next to their door. Most people like to display welcoming decor there. It's fun to walk the halls and look at the different decor displayed. This high rise condo offers a rooftop pool, a movie room and three stories of parking! It seems like the majority of people who reside here are mature in age. Everyone seems to be very friendly too. If you want to live your dreams now. You should live your dreams at the Montgomery Plaza Condominiums. It will be a good return for your investment.
