Went today before 5:30pm and it was closed. Hours state it's open until 6pm. They installed new locks on the buildings and I could get into my storage. Called the number on the door for customer service to ask and all the automated system cares about is your account and payment. Bad customer service. The manager is very rude. I just rented my first unit at this location and we moved a big load in Saturday 05/13/23 evening at 4:45... the gate was not working to get in so we went through the gate by the office. As we go in with a load the manager comes out to tell us we only have 15 minutes or she will lock us in. I told her we can not unload everything in 15 minutes because my storage is on the 3rd floor. She said she will lock us in if we aren't out by 5pm. I told her I pay rent here and I have to move today, she replied, and said "yes, I know you, we've dealt with you"... I am new here and never dealt with any one from this place with any problems until now. How does she "know" me?? We finished as fast as we could and the time was 5:27pm we went to leave but we couldn't get out because she locked us in. We were not the only ones locked in, another customer was locked in too. We called the office and no one answered. We knocked on the back door and she didn't answer. Her car was parked there and she was inside the office. After a long moving day this was very stressful to deal with. I won't rent here long or recommend this place to anyone because this is no way to treat people. Gates are always broken. I have been locked inside 2 times now. And I've had to help other people that have been locked in when I showed up. A rat got into my indoor temperature controlled storage and chewed up stuffed animals and furniture and no I didn't have any food in my storage. I rented a space online confirmed paid . At 6899 Granbury RD FW TX 76133 Paid ready to move in on Sept 23, 2023. On the 23rd got through the gate. My unit had a lock . Office says open at 9:30 ok so I am there 9:45 NOT open I call NO answer. 10:30 NOT open I call no answer I am at office. Make a long story short 12:30 Still closed NO Call back! 0 stars because they rented me a unit that had a broken door. The latch to lock the unit was broken. I had to hire movers to come move my stuff because we were too exhausted to move it again. The store manager Amy at the location acroos the street was extremely rude un emphathetic. read more

Was scrambling to find storage and reserved a unit on-line. Got a prompt call from Randy at the site and told him I would drive over to check the units out. Once I got there, he dropped everything to help me select a unit, made valuable recommendations, and we booked a unit on-site. Cost is reasonable and there are some climate control units available. Easy set-up of monthly on-line billing and payment make this a "hands-off" experience, which is great. Highly recommend this facility and staff here. Randy was not the normal on-site manager, but he knew where everything was, how the systems worked, and had me in and out in a jiffy. read more

I had previously reserved a storage unit at another storage facility but was told once I arrived that the unit was already taken. so I called public storage and reserved a new unit came to the location where I was greeted by miss Hannah whetstone who assisted me with my payment. for some reason that unit was accidentally removed from being occu which meant that I was not going to be able to rent that unit either. I was getting discouraged but the other hannah said I have to move some things around and with lots of effort and a great smile and personality assisted me in finding a new unit at the last second!!! she was super great in her problem solving and also with the help of miss savannah a new hire they made my experience so less stressful and faster then I expecTed!!! then last but not least to suit my moving time frame miss barNara went and cleaned and swept my unit lickty split these ladies are fabulous and very sweet and friendl!!! would definitely come back to them for any future moving or storage needs.. thanks sincerely, Brittany Stanley read more

Came in to view the facility which is very near to my home. Karen gave me all the information which I was able to confirm online later. I made a reservation online and returned the same day to complete the paperwork. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. I was not at all familiar with the effect of the extreme weather conditions in Texas so I was grateful for Karen's recommendation as to how I should take care of the damp.
