If I could give this a zero star rating I would. Up until this point I have only been mildly…read moreannoyed by this business, but today I have to say they stepped over the line. Our business outgrew our house so we moved into one of their offices about a year and a half ago. When we moved in we had our already established business number ported over. We decided to move because our business depends on the internet and the service they had was constantly going down making it impossible to do anything. Well, when it came time to move, our new phone provider needed a copy of the bill to port over the number. Tucker told me it would be a few days because they were in the process of switching providers and when that happened he would contact me. Nearly a month goes by and after repeated calls and emails they still hadn't made the change, but still wouldn't give us a bill stating that it would set them back two months if they did. We had some days where we couldn't get calls. The owner was finally fed up after they stopped responding to calls and emails and heads over there. Gets into an argument with Tucker and asks to be contacted by the owner to get this situation resolved. Two months later we still are waiting on his call. Today (two months later) our phone goes dead, I call Tucker to see what the problem is and he says it will be back on in 10 mins. I wait 30 mins and still nothing so I call back and he rudely tells me there's nothing he can do and since our owner had yelled at him he refused to provide us with anything then promptly hung up on me. This is the worst customer service ever. Know that if you move in and need to move out, you may never get your number back. You wont be able to speak to anyone except the managers who are trained to be as unhelpful as possible and you will never be able to speak to the owner.

In the nearly 30 years we've been here, we have had nothing but positives to say about the staff. The lady that dealt with us for years when we first rented was amazing. I don't remember her name, but Angelica now is an absolute dear. She may well be the kindest person I have ever met. My bank has the dumbest autopay system ever created. They write checks and mail them. Well, two of the last three months, the checks never arrived. Angelica knew I was frustrated and how many times has she probably heard "the check is in the mail"? Except this time she figured out the mystery and actually found one of the missing checks. She is an absolute treasure and I am grateful for her help. P.S. I'm dropping my bank autopay system for something a little more 21st century. Thank you Angelica!!!

I have had a Storage unit at SecurCare Self Storage for over two years…read more During my recent visit to my unit in December 2019 I observed rodent feces all over the majority of my belongings. Including damages done by what appears to be rats which have now eaten through plastic cabinetry personal items, and have damaged my furniture including box spring and mattress sofas and tables. I was unaware of any rodent infestation's at this location after doing research on the app Yelp I did find other documented instances where rodents have been reported at this location. No one ever informed other tenants about the issue. I am very upset about the damage done to my property and this was the only furniture that I had in addition my personal belongings with much higher sentimental value of family heirlooms including things I had for my wedding have been completely destroyed. I have reached out to the owner and he will not get back with me. He obviously does not care about his tenants and their property. It is also very expensive especially for the quality of this location. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE.
