The only thing we ever ran into was communication. We only needed the unit for 3 days, and we were out within 2. I came there thinking I would be able to move my stuff in right away, well I was wrong. 90% of my our belongings was covered in mice urine and fecal matter. If it did not have either one of those, it had been chewed through! I went to the front and asked what they could do if anything, all their response was "your insurance will cover it"! What???? Terrible way of doing business!! My unit was on the inside where there should not have been rodents. Come on guys, do a better job at servicing your clientele! I'm a nurse and if there is something wrong with how I've taken care of a patient, I just don't tell he family the insurance will handle it. Won't be referring you to anyone that I know ever!

I've had a long day…read moreworking and I went towards the front office to use the bathroom and clean my hands and front lady receptionist didn't allow me too... I just don't get it. I've never had an issue until now. I don't know if it's changing in management but this needs to be resolved. I feel they should allow tenants to be able to wash their hands and use the restroom without being denied.. overall I love the facility but this gotta change or I'll take my business somewhere else.
