We needed a storage unit fast as were we selling our house and the house we were moving to was not quite ready. Right space was able to get us a unit that we could move into. We moved into the unit and realized e needed another one. We called and they were able to get us another unit! All was well, no issues getting in at all. The only thing we ever ran into was communication. We only needed the unit for 3 days, and we were out within 2. I called and left 2 messages on how to return the locks, never received a call back but received an email about a bill for the following month. I called and spoke to a man and told him that I finally left the locks and keys in the unlocked unit. He said he would take care if it. I was very happy with the service overall. read more

Unfortunately, this management operation leaves much to be desired. They do not respond to written inquiries and the telephone contact person has no inkling of how to help customers. One would think that, if you list a contact number for assistance, the someone who answers that call could assist you. On the contrary. The contact person can only take payments. Moreover, the web page which espouses to be useful to make online payment is broken. It is only available a day after payment is due, thus inspiring an overdue notice.... not only ridiculous but stupid. Surely the Better Business Bureau has and is entertaining complaints (in addition to the one I have filed) with regard to the ineffective business practices and dismal treatment of customers by this concern. read more

This is a great storage facility. I've been with them for three years and am going on my fourth year and have been pleased with them. They always answered any questions I had. They were welcoming when I first started and are welcoming today. Recently the company had changed the name to Right Space Storage. Only the name changed but it still offers the great customer service hey did in the beginning. Now the facility offered great lighting and security for your/my stuff. I feel safe having my stuff there and the air conditioned units keep my things safe and secure in the hot Texas summers. read more

We used this facility 14 years ago when we purchased our home. Last month we were in need of a storage unit once again and I checked out 3 other facilities before going back to this facility. Although it is under new ownership, I found them to be the same friendly, personable, and reasonable priced storage facility just as they were before. So glad we went back. read more

This storage is now called RightSpace Storage. I hated the idea of having a storage at first. The thought of giving someone else money monthly to hold my things.....yeah no lol. I eventually got out of that mindset when I had to move and had no where to store my things. I originally used "All Storage". They're way too pricey for the small units. Not to mention the hassle dealing with them. That's when I went on a hunt to find a better place for all my "stuff" lol. I went here to see the unit, and originally there was a miscommunication between me and I always forget her name. I want to say it's Marie? (Please don't be mad at me lol). The Manager Oscar helped me resolve the issue, and got me into a unit quick. He even worked with me on getting a unit closest to the door for the same low price! Then cut me an even better deal! After all of that, Mrs. Marie and I had a pretty awesome conversation. I was able to understand better of what happened on the day I came in originally. She's truly a sweet person. I'm really glad I decided to go with them. 24 hour access, pretty safe location, clean units, clean property, and they have a dumpster on the property. Much better deal than you'll get with any storage place, especially in Grand prairie. I wish they had more entry ways, sometimes it can be kind of difficult to get to the storage, but overall It's a great storage, with great employees! read more

Keep looking even if the price is low. Its "take it or leave it" kind of customer service. Paperwork you do will be wrong, rate quotes in writing mean nothing, and don't count on auto-billing....it is as eratic as the experience here. I am moving my stuff to Extra Space Storage on N. 360....their prices AND reviews are better. read more

An excellent storage facility! The staff are awesome and are always friendly and attentive to my needs. I've rented a unit here for seven years and have had a great experience. The facility site is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Climate-controlled units are available, and the facility is conveniently located off of Hwy 360. This is a great company. Very clean, neat, well-kept facility, friendly management staff, and easily the best price in town. I would HIGHLY recommend it that you at least call them to get a quote.
