I get a call this morning 30min before scheduled arrival from Steve asking if we could push the move back another day. First off, you don't call someone 30min before and pull this stunt. I had already planned a cleaning crew and move out date with my landlord so this was already a major inconvenience. 30min before is not okay. He then agreed to go ahead and get it done that day. Well he completely ghosted me. He never answered his phone or texts all day long and left me and my pregnant wife waiting all day. This was the most unprofessional BS I've ever seen from anyone. I would never even consider using Steve's company as he has proven he is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. His little BS stunt cost me more money and time that I don't have. Terrible!

Also there was the docking station and charger from my Dyson v8 missing. I paid insurance and they said they only pay out anything with a 400 bucks deductible so be aware. You think you are safe buying insurance but it's not the case. Also they arrived 4h late i was so exhausted. Next day i called them to say things were broken I chased them everyday for a week and nobody got back to me, only on the 8th day. I'm not impressed and will not use them again.

By the end of the day I was told it would have to be Sunday instead. This created some significant problems but I was willing to work with them. On Sunday, I was told it was going to have to be moved to Tuesday. It just so happened that I was going to be out of town on Tuesday and couldn't receive the second part of the move. I was told that would be rescheduled at my convenience. The bulk of the move did actually happen on Tuesday. When the day came for the second part of the move to happen, which was only a bed and a grandfather clock, I got put off again, from Saturday to Sunday. And on Sunday, right at the end of the agreed-upon window, I got a call asking for more money to complete the job. I was informed that because of my inability to receive the second part of the move on Tuesday, I was going to have to pay more. No matter that I was available to receive it Saturday, Sunday, and even Monday if that had been an option. The delay was not due to any action on my part and was actually very stressful for me. Yet I was at fault for not being available on Tuesday at the second location. My big mistake was not reading enough reviews before hiring this company. Although they have some good reviews, and I have no doubt they can do a good job, several other people have reported having issues similar to what I experienced. Had I seen those accounts I probably would have looked for someone else to do the move. I do not recommend this company for your moving needs.

At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through.
