The lady say yes, then 2 days later I tried coming in after hours, and my code was denied, next day I went to talk to the front desk, Bill is the manager, he talk to me like if I was stupid, he has very big ego, bad customer service. He literally didn't help me and said they can't give me 24 h acces and the other lady says she didn't say that and he made me feel like if I was lying.

On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I had them move my 1 bedroom apartment contents from an apartment to storage & then storage to a new apartment. I thought they were a bit overpriced but the movers were hard workers & it was worth the extra fees etc. The 2nd move is when they broke a bunch of furniture, busted a drawer to a chest, broke trim off a brand new (expensive) bed, broke a glass shelf and more. They became extremely difficult to deal with as soon as they knew the movers damaged my belongings. It's been almost 2 months of back & forth only for them to offer me $41! They have been combative, rude, insulting and disrespectful. I could go on but I won't... spread the word to never use this company!
