As of this writing I have moved out after a usage of approximately one year, and was in & out of the unit to retrieve or re-store items usually twice a month or more... In summary they have my highest recommendation. To wit: Cleanliness - Excellent; indoor facilities are dust & dirt free, odor free, and never once incurred or saw presence of insects or rodents. Temperature - not too hot or too cold through all seasons. Security - Excellent; entry codes are specific to active paid accounts and to the specific individual. Can be changed any time if needed. They also require the same code to get back out of the property which is a major plus. Camera systems are active and they of course have 24 hr onsite personnel. Unique plus: A clean bathroom which is always available during business hours, and in capacities they are capable of are always customer service oriented if some nominal assistance may avail... It is typical we all tend to look for the most convenient storage when needed and if this facility falls into that window for you, you need look no further. Pricing is quite competitive as well.

I asked the person in their office if I could get a better rate and that I would be willing to change units if needed. I was told NO. So I informed him that I would be moving out before next payment due date. I did move out, however my charge card was used for the upcoming month. I have disputed the charge and wait to see if I get my money back. I returned to the office to see what was going on and the same person I dealt with a few days earlier did not remember me canceling account, and I was told that he was unable to check their system to try and determine where the error was. We have been storing our items here for about a year and a half now with no trouble. Last weekend, we had record flooding, which flooded most, if not all the units. We signed up with their insurance when we first started our rental unit. Access Self Storage sent over our information and I filed the furniture we were claiming damaged. Come to find out, their insurance they offer does not cover flooding. We were not told that when we signed up for it. Needless to say, we will be looking for another unit to store our things. I'm sure many other people will too. I'm not risking their drainage system again while I'm paying insurance and they aren't even taking care of their current tenants. It's a waste of my time and my money.

So, for over an hour, she did NOT even know where her things were!??! They didn't have the decency to tell us where they were going for lunch. We were so relieved when they finally got here and the move went okay, rather fast. They were cheerful and had a good attitude. On top of that, they even charged her for the lunch break. The "lead" guy was okay, but the other one was not so friendly. The lead guy was kind enough to take a queen-sized bed that I no longer needed, though, which really helped. I spoke to my lawyer and since I did not have auto-pay set up and I did not authorize the charge, this is a possible criminal violation. I will be contacting my bank and the BBB today, then possibly the Dallas Police Department after that. There are also homeless people living up and down the street because there are vacant lots next to the business. This is my second theft, management does not get the gate repaired on a timely manner, the gate has been broken for over a month, before that it was broken for two or three weeks. I've had two major thefts. I would not recommend this facility. They have major ongoing theft and management does not care. I've made multiple complaints. It's a complete joke. Choose wisely for a company that cares about their clients, respects their facility, maintains and cares about the safety of their clients and what they're storming. This is not the case there are too many places in Dallas to choose from and this is not the location.
