I would not recommend this company…read more We booked our move a month in advance and were given an 8:00 AM appointment. The movers didn't arrive until 5:30 PM, with little to no communication throughout the day. We were left waiting and constantly had to call them ourselves just to get updates. The person answering the phone was minimally helpful and couldn't provide any clear information. Our move was only from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment just 8 miles up the road. It should not have taken as long as it did, and it certainly shouldn't have cost as much as it did. Overall, the lack of communication, extreme delay, and high cost made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service. I hate that we had to leave a 1-Star to post this.

My disabled adult children had their AirPods and Xbox stolen by a member of her crew. If I weren't 100% sure, I wouldn't make the accusation. *whole story below Seneca admitted (by text) that the crew member had done it. She made the very unprofessional suggestion that I contact him and the other crew members, myself! Initially, one of her crew offered to pay for the loss in exchange for dropping the issue, but then admitted he couldn't afford it. I was very cordial through the ordeal, trying to find a solution that gave the best outcome for everyone. When I asked Seneca "do you have insurance that covers these situations?", she blocked me immediately! In addition to this, my refrigerator was dented when the guys were moving it in. I saw it happen, myself. Her husband said it "didn't look like it was caused by the move". I literally saw it happen. Since she has blocked me, I'm unable to have this resolved, as well. The worst part of this is the fact that this company uses bible verses in their advertising. Seneca prayed before we met in person regarding this situation. This woman the snake in the grass the Bible warns of. I am so disappointed that a woman running a business, representing Christ, would handle this issue so poorly. **On our move out, my daughter's AirPods went missing. They were charging on her night stand and when she returned, her furniture had been moved out, and the AirPods and charging case were gone. The crew were so respectful and friendly I would have never suspected, so I called Seneca that evening after my daughter reported it to me. I asked Seneca to ask the crew if they saw them or knew where they were. She called immediately to say "DJ said he saw her wrap them in a blanket". My daughter sometimes does things inadvertently, so I thought this was true. Our belongings were in storage for 4 weeks, and I thought we'd find them upon unpacking. Before the move-in day, my son placed his Xbox, cables and controller in the original box, taped it shut, and placed it in top of his closet. On move in day, I left DJ and another crew member alone while I picked my son up from school and took him to speech therapy. I trusted them enough to do this. My older son's bed was constructed while I was gone, so DJ was in the room while I was out. Two days later, my son discovered the Xbox box empty. The tape had been cut by a dull instrument. My daughter's AirPods were not found upon unpacking. The FindMy app located them at a pawn shop on E Berry in Fort Worth. I feel my children were targeted because of their cognitive/developmental disabilities. I believe this because it's unlikely a typical person's knowledge that the AirPods were left on her nightstand would not have been challenged with a "no, I saw her wrap them in a blanket".

This company is a rip off artist. I asked how much did she charge. She said she would send me an…read moreestimate by email. Then she said that she wanted to bring 7 people in. I said that I only wanted no more than 3 people in my house at one time. She still brought 3 with her, and then 3 more came an hour later. She made me pay over $1400.00 up front - so that she could get supplies. I told her that I had plenty of boxes and rubber tubs with lids that can be used. So, she does not trust the Customer yet she did not pay attention to what I was saying. I asked her to mark the boxes on the sides so that I could tell what was packed in them when stacked. She marked one on top of a box as I was asking her what was she doing. She ignored everything I said. Then, a bunch of part-time people showed up with NO NAME TAGS ON! I asked one lady what her name was - Cynthia. She said that this was a part-time job for her. Then, Cynthia left with a bag of tape, and cushioning plastic with her. I told her that I paid for that. She took it anyway. The first 3 were at my house for approximately 1 hour before 3 more showed up. They only got about 1 and 1/4 rooms done. The 3 late-comers stood around doing nothing when we were upstairs!

I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

We have to send email after email after email. We never receive a response. Their voicemail is full. After only three months we've decided that we can't continue like this. I could not recommend against using this company enough. When you do speak with them on the phone, they are kind, but always full of reasons why they haven't been able to do XYZ. Enough is enough.
