It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. I would not recommend this company…read more We booked our move a month in advance and were given an 8:00 AM appointment. The movers didn't arrive until 5:30 PM, with little to no communication throughout the day. We were left waiting and constantly had to call them ourselves just to get updates. The person answering the phone was minimally helpful and couldn't provide any clear information. Our move was only from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment just 8 miles up the road. It should not have taken as long as it did, and it certainly shouldn't have cost as much as it did. Overall, the lack of communication, extreme delay, and high cost made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service. I hate that we had to leave a 1-Star to post this.

They didn't just tell me my unit number and expect me to navigate the place by myself. They were clean, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. I hope that I never have to use this place again but should the situation arise, I will be back.
