I got my husband Christmas present during the Black Friday deals online and I had it delivered. When I open the bag to wrap it, the security tag was still on it. I took it in and explain my issue and Josh was understanding about the whole thing. I even asked him about the size I got and he asked a few questions and I got the wrong size. He explain to me how a size in a jersey works. I told him there was a reason why the security tag was left on because I didn't get the right size and he agreed with me. He even showed me the difference in value and quality of the jersey's that I didn't know about. Every time we have been to this Rally House the customer service has been great. I'm not someone who plays the victim or jumps to conclusions, but it was clear we weren't being treated with the same respect as other customers. Honestly, I don't know if this woman is unhappy with her life and just straight up bitter with who she is, but that's no excuse to take it out on customers.
