We can't even use it at night because we can't sleep. I have read other reviews on this particular model. It's the GE 14,500 BTU so beware! Other reviewers have the same problem. So we have only had it two weeks. Can't return it. Stuck with a $600 useless a/c unit. How they got us was telling us to try it out for a week or so. What we found is that they had really great deals not only on mattresses but headboards, bed frames, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors and adjustable bed frames all at significant discount. A new mattress is a big purchase and choosing the right one is key to ensure you have a good night sleep. In the past, we have dealt with pushy sales agents, however, Megan & Derek at the Mayfield branch were nice, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. Derek spent a lot of time with my brother showing him the different mattress models. Megan shared with my wife regarding her intense training, her personal experiences with the mattresses she had purchased and what she has learned working at Mattress Firm. We had the absolute best experience with Megan Warren (Sleep Consultant) and Derek Gray. The difference was night and day. We never felt pressured rather felt comfortable with the professional advice. We tried all types of beds, and you could tell that both Megan and Derek did truly care about each persons individual mattress needs. We ended up telling my extended family about the great service and deals.  My brother, cousins, and aunts and uncles all bought new mattresses, head boards, adjustable bed frames, pillows, sheets, etc., from them and all are sleeping well! I realize the service you receive may vary by store which is why I recommend you speak with Megan Warren or Derek Gray. We visited another Mattress Firm location in the area with another sleep consultant and did not have the best experience so we were very grateful we found this location. Instead, the estimated delivery window came and went, and we ultimately received the couch much later than expected. Unfortunately, shortly after delivery, we noticed an obvious design/manufacturing flaw--the two couch arms are visibly different shapes. We contacted Living Spaces and were told the issue had to be escalated to another team and that someone would reach out. Getting updates has been extremely difficult, and we have had to repeatedly contact Customer Service ourselves just to find out what is happening. Even when we called for an update, we were essentially told to call again if we don't hear back so they can escalate it further. Between the delayed delivery, the defective product, and the lack of proactive communication, this has been a very frustrating experience. We expected much better quality and customer service from Living Spaces.

Ok here is a few things before I get into my review…read more 1.I have purchased a mattress from here before years ago and it was perfectly fine. 2.I support small business. Now for my review, I recently purchased a matress with an adjustable from this establishment. The mattress in the store felt different from what was delivered to me, it felt soft but firm and this mattress has no support. The mattress feels like I am sinking in my bed and I have to go the the chiropractor this weekend because of this bed. My back hurts every morning so I am sleeping on an air mattress which is said to get a decent night sleep which is sad. The adjustable is a whole nother beast also let me say they do not set this up for you but charge 75$. The adjustable instructions is just bad and we had issues screwing the screws in the correct location because the inside was not done correctly because it stripped the screws. Then.certain pieces needed to be screwed together was painted over to the max, we had to take scissors and trim the paint to get the screws in which was a pain. Then on top of that the adjustable will just shut off by itself not like we are using it. My fiance call about these issue to the owners and was told we cant do anything about the matress and the adjustable is under warranty but you have bring it here. I am selling my matress and adjustable and I repeat when I say this I will not be back going a bigger business that takes better care of their customers.
