I went through their formal inspection process, which confirmed one inch of sagging, and was told that does not meet the warranty threshold of 1.5 inches. So apparently I need to keep sleeping on a failing mattress and wait until it gets worse before they will help me. I offered to pay the difference toward a replacement. I offered to accept store credit. I asked for a partial refund. Every option was declined. I have now spoken to multiple people, been escalated twice, and received the same answer each time: not our problem. At no point did anyone make a genuine effort to find a solution. I was told to come back in three months when the sagging gets worse. That is not customer service, that is stalling. The math here is simple. I am either stuck with a $1,500 mattress that is falling apart, or I buy a new one and I am out $3,000+. Living Spaces has made it clear they are comfortable with that outcome. If you are considering a large purchase here, especially a mattress, think carefully. The product warranty sounds good until you actually need to use it.

Ok here is a few things before I get into my review…read more 1.I have purchased a mattress from here before years ago and it was perfectly fine. 2.I support small business. Now for my review, I recently purchased a matress with an adjustable from this establishment. The mattress in the store felt different from what was delivered to me, it felt soft but firm and this mattress has no support. The mattress feels like I am sinking in my bed and I have to go the the chiropractor this weekend because of this bed. My back hurts every morning so I am sleeping on an air mattress which is said to get a decent night sleep which is sad. The adjustable is a whole nother beast also let me say they do not set this up for you but charge 75$. The adjustable instructions is just bad and we had issues screwing the screws in the correct location because the inside was not done correctly because it stripped the screws. Then.certain pieces needed to be screwed together was painted over to the max, we had to take scissors and trim the paint to get the screws in which was a pain. Then on top of that the adjustable will just shut off by itself not like we are using it. My fiance call about these issue to the owners and was told we cant do anything about the matress and the adjustable is under warranty but you have bring it here. I am selling my matress and adjustable and I repeat when I say this I will not be back going a bigger business that takes better care of their customers.
