We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

The inspector seemed in a hurry and didn't try to locate the water shut off valve and didn't have to do part of the inspection because we had a roofing inspector do that part. They were on time but I definitely didn't get a quality inspect I have called and left messages 3 times because I didn't like the idea of leaving a review here.
