When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

I called him that day, and he spent time with me on the telephone, answering a barrage of questions for me, and educating me on the path of inspections. Not only did he explain things regarding the buyer's inspection on our new home, but also answered questions from a sellers standpoint on our current home. Graciously, Josh agreed to meet me at our prospective home within 48 hours of our initial phone call. Our agreed meeting time was 9am, and when I arrived at 9:00am he was already there working. To say he is incredibly thorough would be a gross understatement. He spent 6 hours on our inspection, and brought to light things I likely would have never noticed. I needed a home inspection for a new build prior to closing so I called and spoke with Kimberly who was very courteous and friendly. I received a quote with no pressure from her to get an appointment scheduled. At inspection day, Eric Blandin told me what he was looking for during the inspection while I looked around for superficial, cosmetic issues. I received the finished report the same day of the inspection. The report is very thorough and served as an easy punchlist to hand over to our developer for issues to be fixed prior to closing. It turns out, the home is already in good shape, but Eric still identified issues that needed correction If you need a home inspection company, this one totally has my recommendation.
