I've since gone back and ordered another piece and purchased a small dresser off the showroom floor. The dresser was at an excellent price and came assembled. Not something you see at other furniture sellers when sold at a decent price. Furniture Nation sells quality furniture at a good price. Either people are expecting them to have furniture readily available, or they aren't asking any questions/ not listening during the selling process. I thought I would add my experience. We came to living spaces late 2020 soon after they opened. I had been hearing the commercials on the radio and was pretty excited to check out the new location in north Fort Worth. Immediately upon entering the store/warehouse, we were impressed. Living spaces is organized in a way that you can enter various mock-houses to see how products look in a home, similar to ikea. We spent some time roaming, didn't really go around the mattresses, and eventually ended up around the couches. LOTS of helpful reps at the front and roaming a bit. They are not pushy and will NOT continue to bother you. If you prefer someone following you around, maybe go to Conns furniture? My husband and I had been talking about getting a new couch for quite some time, and the couches at living spaces were gorgeous. I had already made up my mind to buy one in that moment, ha! A representative wandered around towards us and we were done for. The rep explained that these are all CUSTOM couches where we could decide the configuration and materials used and that BUILDING the couch would take MONTHS. We were fine with this. We made our choices, had a pleasant experience, and left. We had been told that we could call during the process and it would probably take 2-3 months for the couch to be built and shipped. Two weeks later, they called us to confirm the shipping address. At some point in time the wrong zip code had been entered and they asked us to come in. We came in and were notified that because the shipping address was changed, it would delay they couch another two weeks. For our troubles, they waived our delivery. We were fine with this. I called probably every 3 weeks and things seemed to be going smoothly. I kept asking for a delivery date, but they were just giving me a week range. Around 2 weeks before our proposed delivery date, I started getting day updates when I would call. "It will likely be between the 15th and the end of March." Ok, that's a bit more specific. One day I got a rep on the phone who gave me the tracking website and I began using that instead of calling. A few days later, we got the email to schedule our delivery! The truck came early in the day and the delivery employees put together our couch, cleaned up their mess, and took our old couch. We gave them a nice tip . We love our couch so much!

Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. Now definitely not and no more recommendations for them. Living spaces - do you ignore your reviews? They are very low, hope you get your act together. This is FRAUD.

They…read morechanged their pricing structure and the prices are now so outrageous , that the shelves and racks are now filled with items that haven't sold in over 120 days. Items that sell for $20 at other thrift stores are $100 . Clothing that sells for $2 elsewhere is $25. After 90 days , they discount some of the items by 40% , which means they are still overpriced. I noticed many items had the tags blacked out to remove the discount. We spent more than an hour and could not justify making a purchase . I won't return.
