Amazing selection! Love this store!! Super great service with great attitude and positivity!

I was here today shopping and I found 2 items.I went to buy the product. A spanish lady came up and look at the items. She told me she could not sell the product, because the tags are wrong on them. She also told me that people are changing tags. I told her I don't have anything too do with other customers. She told me they keep an eye on they one that keep doing it. I would have to come back next week ,to buy them because they must fix the tags. She acked like I changed the tags. I kidly explain to her I have not changed any tags. She told me I never said u did. I told her nicely I wanted to make sure that she knew that. Please understand that the Spanish customers can go changed tags on Goodwill products and mangers never say anying to them. They can ask the manager can u lower the price. The manger of thier color will .I am not the only costumer that have seen this. Other race can ask the Spanish mangers at this store can, they lower the price on a product that is broken or damaged. They will say we can't its against our store policy. If That is very wrong and not fair to me.I ask her are u saying I was changing tags. She tells me no and I never said that. I called the store later and ask for my money. She said u can't come back to the store. I am very sick of all of the Race discrimination. It's not my fault she doesn't like black people. I pulled back plastic that was put over the old DVD player to see if it was damaged. Then I looked through it to make sure it had all the card and the remote control.I pull the card out and took it over to plug it in to make sure it works. It came on. I went over and took tape off the old coffee pot so I could tape the card to the old DVD player. So she accused me of stealing.I'm still in the store. I asked her, let me see the video tape. She tells me it's against company policy to let a customer look at it. She tells me I never said u did anything. She only acked disrespectful to me when I called the store. She never acked disrespectful in person with me. People should stop giving Goodwill stuff if their manger going to ack out. She told me I am going to show the police the video. I ask her can I come back to your store and see the video with the police . She tells me no u can't its against company policy. But she keeping to me I never said that u did anything like that on our video. I told her you're accusing me of crime and you refuse to let me see the video. She said , again , I never choose you of anything. My two grandchildren they are mix with Spanish and my sister is also .My sister children are Spanish and White. I would give my last breath for them. What I don't understand is why can the manager see thier on race take of price tags off Goodwill products ,and it has not been taken to the cashier to be paid for. The Spanish customers are walking around with the price tag that should be on product .So other customers can not pick it up and buy it. The Spanish customers taking the tags up and pay for it later .Let any other race do that and they will be kicked out the store or the Police Department will be called on them.Some of the employees at this location told me this year in 2026 that mangers forc them to have thier friends and family members to write good reviews on this store. If the employees don't do it thier work ours will be cut low.One of the female employees that work here at this location told some of the customer, that mangers only care about thier yearly work bonus and not theWhitePEOPLE ,or Black People. As well they are made to work off the clock sometimes and they don't always get thier lunch breaks the employee told us. Some of us that are customers was told by an employee at this store, if they didn't show afavors for Spanish people and thier manager family they could lose thier job or work ours cut low.Prices are being made cheaper for a lot of the Spanish customers. I do know that mangers thier are big bully to other race. If u call the corporate office they will always take up for thier store mangers. When customers speak out on mangers at this location the mangers will tell u don't come back to the store location or they will call the police on u. One of the mangers here told me stupid White people and Black people should get out of the USA and she hate ICE!!!!She told me the Spanish People are going to work with the Muslim people and take American back.The Spanish will take the USA from the Muslim People in the long run.She told me Trump should be shipped with all the White People and Black people. Because they have destroyed the Spanish people country and land.This is was thier land befor the White PEOPLE took it from the Spanish race. She told me she hate President Trump and he has taken the Spanish people land in the USA.The mangers at this location she has long curly black hair .Her eye's look kind of green or maybe hazel and she is kind of heavy set . read more

Absolutely loved this place growing up. They have lost touch with reality and thing electronics are worth an arm and leg. TV's for over $100 and keyboards for $20. What a joke. YOU GOT THIS FOR FREE. Do better Goodwill. Management here needs a reality check. read more

I have been going to this Goodwill since it opened. I have come to know and have befriended several people. The former manager was very proud of his store and it showed. It always looked cleaned and organized. Things are different now. I have seen employees discard items that are still sellable and destroyed when trashed. I asked about it one day and was told that all they know is to be certain dated items are removed. I went on a Monday and all employees were clearly out the shelves leaving the worse of the items there for the Tuesday senior day. I went on Wednesday and the items removed were back on the shelves. I have noticed this several times. That is wrong in some many ways. I don't go there as often and neither do some of the people I met there. It has gotten very pricy and in some cases not handle properly. Now, as of today, your points on senior day are not added like before. I have researched the salaries of upper management, and it is astronomical. Wonder how much really goes to help the community. I believe if the employees were better motivated it will help with the declining moral and pride one should have regardless of their positions. read more

Where are all the good employees going ? Every time I go someone else is gone. What's happening ? I love the employees at this location. By the way prices are raising a bit high. While goodwill might be trying to hurt the resellers they are not helping the community that is in need of cheap items. Not sure what's happening with this store , but seems like things have changed for the worse lately. I miss saying hi to the people and employees I have come to know. Everyone has always been so kind. And the other thing is senior day is really not senior day if no items are being put out to purchase. Seems they are clearing shelves and trying to get rid of junk on senior day. That does not help seniors . They need a break too. And then they ask us to round up at register . Makes no sense . If you want people to buy items put them out ! Quit leaving carts in back till it is convenient for whoever. Do better goodwill rufe snow. Quit running off your employees . Like any other good will. They take your unwanted items. But not all unwanted items. They don't like bed and mattresses.

Very good experience and employees are nice and caring. I love thrifting here as I find a lot of good deals and finds. :)

No change in rating, but if you are looking for an UCS (Ugly Christmas Sweater), you'll be disappointed. They are in the section of the store called The Funky G Boutique. Very little to chose from, and nothing for men. If you are on the hunt, you'd be better off looking in the seasonal stores specializing in UCS. It ain't Neiman's. It ain't Francesca's. It ain't even J. C. Penney. But, you might find any of those brands here, sometimes used and sometimes with the tags still on! Bottom line is, thrifting here supports a good cause. If you enjoy the hunt like we do, it's a great place to embark on it. For some socio-economic reason that I lack the intelligence to explore, it seems like we either donate to Goodwill or shop there. In recent years I have become a person who does both, particularly because it appeals to my ideals regarding upcycling as a means to minimize waste and cost. And, dang if this particular store doesn't seem to always have something I need, with a very small set of exceptions. My girlfriend has found BCBG, Express, Francesca's, and more here. And, so many boots and shoes! She's a boho girl and visits regularly on the monthly 50% sale day. The store is clean and generally as organized as any thrift store, which means that the size sections of the shirt and pants racks are more of a suggestion than a hard rule. So, it's a good idea to look in the sections to either side of your size. I'm typically on the hunt for work shirts and rarely find them here. But, home decor accent items and the occasional yard tool are easy finds. And, I will never buy luggage new again, ever. Sometimes i have to come back a few times, but roller bags of all sizes abound here. My perception is that this is where the ladies of Keller empty their closets with donated items, making the hunt for women's clothes here exceptionally interesting, especially if you are stylistically eclectic. But, we've found bikes, toys, furniture, roller blades, and other items here for a fraction of what we'd pay even at Walmart. The staff here is friendly and helpful. On 50% sale days, the lines can be long but are still tolerable. Checkout is generally quick. If you take the time to have a personal convo with the cashiers they will remember you. I have come a couple of times. Clothes are organized although the sizes are mixed up. Good place for kitchen ware. Good wall deco selection too. Clean place. It's close by a sushi place that recently opened (HK sushi) so it was nice being at good will and going to eat after. read more

Awesome store that never disappoints. I try to check out Goodwill stores every time I visit a new city. I came here on Valentine's day, so my entire order was half off. I got my niece and my daughter some awesome outfits and I got some incredible deals. read more

Incredibly disrespectful. Very rude customer service. The guy outside managing the drive through donations is an incredibly disturbing and rude employee. This is the SECOND time I have gotten nasty rude disrespectful attitude by 2 different employees. One was inside a young white male trying to get me to donate a couple of dollars to some charity. I never heard of the charity so I politely declined and he makes some smart ass comments. DISRESPECTFUL. The guy outside managing the drive through is also very very rude!!!!has the nerve to make personal tasteless comments about my items!!! Excuse me?!? This used to be my go-to place 10 years ago when I lived in the area, but nowadays it's gone a bit downhill. The store is really messy, stinky, and many of the clothes address in disrepair- but they do have a ton of dressing rooms and I did find a few bargains. read more

I do not like this goodwill, the racks are not organized, a lot of them are empty, they have very limited kids toys and the inside staff is not that friendly. I usually go to Texas Thrift instead and find lots of good stuff. That being said, if you are coming to drop stuff off, the guys outside are so nice. I just dropped off 4 boxes of stuff between woman's clothes to candles to other things that are breakable at this Goodwill. Let me just say this will be the last time I drop anything off at a Goodwill............ I specifically told the guy that there is breakable things in each box, well he didn't listen and just dumped each box in a bin and things broke!!! They just don't care!! I love this Goodwill! I have scored some major deals in this store. My favorite: a $300 grey wool overcoat from Banana Republic. I paid $22.00! 22 freaking dollars! The coat was brand new! The best clothing items are in The Funky G boutique (where most of the major name brand items are housed). I come here every Sunday and I usually end up with some fantastic button down, Banana Republic shirts that are perfect for work. Every now and then, I'll find some that are brand new with the tags still attached. If you're the type that likes names brands and second-hand clothing, this Goodwill is not to be missed. But be warned--this store is only for those that are prepared to peruse the long rows of tightly packed racks. If you're willing to put in the work, you can find some fantastic deals on shirts, jeans, jackets & household items. read more

About every 4 months Patty and I discover excess stuff in closets and especially in the kitchen...baking pans that never got used, cooking utensils etc. They always take it and thank us profusely at the drive up door. I went in today to buy some metal magazine holders like I bought six months ago. I couldn't find them so I bought a small glass vase for 2 bucks. Would have cost 6 or 8 at the Mexican shop on Denton Highway. My only complaint was they sell snack food at the retail price that is on the package. I was going to buy a small bag of Smartfood popcorn marked $ 1.89 but asked for her to scan it. I put it back considering we had brought in stuff that they'll sell for 40 to $50. We'll continue to donate since it's a worthy cause. read more

This used to be my favorite Goodwill in the DFW area. I was always able to find books for my classroom or something to paint/redesign. The past 2-3 times- it has looked like a trash bomb has gone off inside. I know you are thinking- what do you expect from a Goodwill... well, more than this. I am wondering if it is that people are shopping here more with the economy being the way it is, or if people are donating less. The prices have also gotten crazy high (for things that are used). Hopefully they are able to change this up soon. read more

We LOVE this Goodwill! They have great furniture, books, movies, video games, dishes, children's clothing, toys, and artwork at an amazingly cheap price. We have walked out of here with brand new items for not even a fraction of the price. They are also open later than most of the other Goodwill locations in the area! Give this place a try if you want to save some money but still find some EXCELLENT deals! Just be prepared to do some walking in and out of every aisle! read more

Lots of crap, stuff, and yes things that call my name that forced me to purchase them. Part of the fun of going to a Goodwill store is you never know what you're going to find. Part of what is not fun about going to a Goodwill store is the random chaotic nature and the fact that they usually need to vacuum the floor and tidy up just a bit. This Goodwill is practically within walking distance, but I never go here. The clothes are not organized by size. I can't take all day searching through every rack to find one item in my size. Also, it always seems pretty picked over in every other department. I'll go out of my way to go to a different thrift store that is organized so that I can get in and out easily. read more

This Goodwill is pretty typical of a Goodwill. I do like that this location has an additional space geared towards teen shopping, that's nice even though I'm not a teen. Dropping goods off is always efficient and the people are mostly friendly. I do think the prices have gotten too high though. They forget that they are a thrift store, and not even one of the nicer ones. The original point of Goodwill was to endure anyone could afford the items, but now many are marked up nearly to retail and the best items are forced into auction. I donate to Goodwill because it's a convenient way to unload unwanted items in still usable condition, but I normally shop first at Thrifttown or Texas Thrift to buy discount used items. read more

Curious to know when shopping at Goodwill became a 'competition'. While dropping donations today I noticed a shelf that had just been dropped off and asked the attendant what I needed to do to buy it. He refers me to the manager stating that 'sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn't' permit customers to request a hold, make a deposit/pre-pay for an item not yet checked in. Cashier said same thing verbatim. Upon asking the manager, offering to leave my name/number/payment, she literally says "It wouldn't be fair to the other shoppers" to allow pre-purchase. So who are the shoppers that get approved, one wonders? When did the competition start?!! What other retail business DOESN'T WANT YOUR MONEY??? Come back and hope it's on the floor??! No thanks, there are other charitable organizations/retail stores to which to donate and shop. Keep it. read more

Not a single mask in sight! Employee with blonde hair took off her mask three separate times in the five minutes we were in there. Asked if they were enforcing masks because most of the customers weren't wearing them either. The employee shrugged and said not really, then when we asked her to pull her mask up over her nose she got rude. 0/10 trash behavior. This is the best Goodwill! For those of you that complained about organization remember it is a Thrift Store! This location gets the BEST items! I have bought anything from skateboard ramps for my kids to Lennox fine China and depression Glass from this location. Also they do a senior discount day every Tuesday and even have people in the store to help with Medicare, Medicaid, and Extra Help with Prescriptions on Tuesdays. It's the best! read more

We were excited to come here yesterday, I was bringing in two high school kids that were looking for items for a project. We got there right about 4 and the sign on the doors said it was open but the doors wouldn't open. We waited for a few minutes and never saw anyone inside except one employee. As we stood there, multiple people drove up and drive away frustrated and annoyed. It's fine if they closed earlier, just a sign or notification would be great. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed for any reason. For all we know they just didn't feel like working. read more

I go to this good will all the time. You have to be careful not to go the days after they have their 1/2 off sales because it is trashed. I wish the cloths were organized by size. But overall it's easy to find stuff and the staff is friendly. I usually go on sales days because some item are priced a little high. For example the tank tops are between $3-$5. But you can buy some at Walmart new for the same price. Overall I enjoy shopping there. I bought $80 shorts for $2 just last week. read more

So, it's 4/29/2015 now. I don't know what has happened to this place lately. Their toy section, which used to be awesome, has turned to utter crap. They also no longer sell stuffed animals. I used to find cute Sanrio stuffed animals there and it was awesome. As for the toys, they mainly only carry toddler type toys and broken junk toys now. I'm not sure what is going on here. I know for a fact that people are donating good toys to this location. I have a feeling Goodwill is keeping all the good toys and all the stuffed animals for some reason or sending it to other establishments in distant galaxies. The same is true for the Haltom, Hurst, and Arlington Goodwills. Just over a year ago, all these places carried lots of toys....sometimes over flowing with them and stuffed animals.
