The company isn't bad but the manager needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn some people skills.I can't prove she a thief but caught her in my locker in between loads so now she gets mad when I close my locker door so she can't scope out my stuff. Now she threatened me to vacate because I caught her in my locker .Shes very controlling she use to regulate the carts and lock them all in the office so nobody could use them .Only had access of carts when the office was open .They changed that policy now but now she does the same with the restroom and people have to ask to use.And that's almost impossible because she's either outback smoking or on the phone or probably just scoping out others people belongings. read more

Go to any other facility! Look for smaller outfits with 24 hour access included. At PS access to your storage unit cuts off at 9pm unless you pay an additional $35. In every other state I've lived, 24 hour access was included with the monthly rent. But in Texas, IF you are a minute late trying to leave they will lock you in. This is kidnapping. Imagine someone trying to climb over the fence to get out - and they fall. PS would be liable for kidnapping and injuries. Greedy corporations are too short sided and operate with zero common sense. read more

Let's begin! If you stay in your unit after 9pm you'll have to call the cops to let you out because the door won't accept your code to leave no matter what? So you are literally locked inside. The 5th floor on 4/03/2026 has the heater on when it's 84 outside and the people at the front desk have zero control over it they do not have access to change it. read more

Nevada took great care of me and my possessions! She is so sweet! The pricing was fair and access was easy as pie!

Not too mention over priced but.... I had this unit for close to 2 years. No where to take items while house being built. Close to 280 a month so u so the math. Finally , time to empty and close it out. Feb 1 was on a Thursday Had to get a uhaul trailer... lots to set up being I too have a job. Plus this place is not a 24 hr storage. Anyways first chance Saturday 3rd of Feb got a trailer and emptied the unit. Got loaded and when up front to let lady know. She said I still owe for Feb, I told her to prorate, I don't mind paying for 3 days but not going to for the whole month if not using. So they sent a nasty email and I had 10 days or would go collections. I eventually went ahead paid it to not deal with it and have credit score effected. Beware!!!! This how the do business. I bet if you go get a unit mid month they have you prorated till the 1st of the next. So move in you pay half. Will not use them in future. read more

Pros: The space is clean, as well as adequately conditioned. Cons: "Security" doors to get into interior spaces was open continuously on 2 of the 3 occasions I was at the location for hours on end, on separate days, a couple of weeks apart. When the doors are secured, the entrance code never worked. Had to get a new one from inside every time. Staff rarely answers phone, yet the manager will not answer voicemails. The largest issue- Moved in early mid month. I was not given a pro rated amount to pay for the portion of the month I had missed. I paid for a complete month of storage. When I went to move out, again I had to go in to get a new code (the one is was given never worked), because the doors weren't overridden to stay open, they advised me I should've paid my storage fees on the 1st. I told them "I have been here less than a month". The manager couldn't grasp the concept that I had paid for a full month and was clearing the units 1 day short of that month. This place is incredibly poorly managed. Save yourself multiple headaches and find somewhere else. read more

So I had to temporarily put everything I own into storage. The on-line process was simple and stress-free. I ended up having to get a second unit, and wanted it to be as close as possible to the original larger sized one that I had filled up. Nevada was amazing at making that happen for me. She is the epitome of what customer service should be everywhere. Sadly we know these days good customer service is fewer and farther between than ever before. However, Nevada renewed my faith in kindness, and the concept of going above & beyond. She made my experience and my day so much better. Everyone in customer service positions should aspire to be like Nevada, and this Public Storage facility should be giving her a raise for her outstanding service. Nevada knows just how to win over clientele and has made me a loyal Public Storage patron for life. Whoever hired her in the first place deserves a huge pat on the back! We needed a storage quickly and to my surprise this office was opened on a Sunday. Behind the desk was a lovely lady named Nevada. She was very friendly, professional and had no problem showing us the different storage units available. We appreciate her great customer service! read more

I was very impressed with the staff person who helped me today. In the months I've used this location, it's been a bit uneven, but Nevada seems to be really on top of things there. The facility was more clean and better maintained than it has been in months past. I appreciate her attitude of running the property in an orderly fashion that makes using the location more pleasant and less chaotic. read more

Access hours are miserable. Yelp shows 6 am-6 pm when in reality, they don't open until 9:30. Expect to have to take time off to be able to do anything here during the day. Peak hours mean major congestion in the main climate controlled driveway. read more

Online rates are great. They have rolling flatbed carts you can move your boxes on and elevators. Wish they allowed for access after hours during the week. Not everyone gets off work early and can make it there by 6. We all have busy lives. The owner should think about allowing users access until 8 PM Mon-Fri. And there isn't always someone in the office. One employee there, short woman, was not very friendly when I asked her a question about a lock. She didn't smile or act approachable while she was checking units. The other two employees I have dealt with were super friendly and helpful. SAFETY: I've always gone to my unit with my daughter or boyfriend. Never go to a storage unit alone, no matter what time of day. There are always people coming and going. Cameras and good lighting are not always a deterrent. Be safe and stay alert!! read more

I would not recommend to anyone. I rented 2 spaces and could only get to one. I had a truck that was rented and due back within a few hours. Couldnt find anybody in the office. I left a phone message and nobody returned my call. Had to go to extra space storage and rent another unit to unload my stuff in. Called the next day to cancel my units and they refused to refund my money. They are dishonest people and i wouldnt recommend public storage to anyone... i gave them 1 star only because it would not let me post without picking one. They dont even deserve that one. read more

I have never rented a storage unit that was this clean. Fair price, climate controlled. Good access. Savannah is an excellent communicator and very good at her job. I see a raise or promotion in her future, she rocks! read more

what great experiences with the individuals who manage the facility in White Settlement TX. the place is clean and well organize, the climate control works well. the real difference is how warm, patient , and caring those people at the counter are. makes all the difference in the world. read more

my first impression was great I was excited of how nice things was laid out in the facility untill I got ready to leave and the gate/doors was broken it was and still is a big inconvenience considering we don't get full use of what we are paying for! you guys should take that inconsideration and offer a discount if you are not going to fix it in a timely matter!! if i knew the gate was broken before getting the unit I would have looked elsewhere read more

I am renting a 5x10 storage unit from here. The best part about this whole experience is that every unit is indoors and the only way in is to put in a code. A plus and a minus is that the whole experience was contact free. However, there wasn't anyone available there to help when we needed it. There was very little communication on how to get into our unit, or where to find the lock. When I went to the office and it was locked despite it being office hours. No one was even there. I called and tried to get a hold of the property manager but it went to voicemail. The code that was given to me for the entrance and elevator only worked at the entrance. Then to exit the door wouldn't open. There was a sign typed out that I had to get out of the car to read saying to put our code in at the box on the wall with an arrow pointing to nothing. Again we spent about 10 minutes trying to navigate out of building. Another customer who had been using this storage unit had to help us set up our locker and use the elevator and to exit. Thankfully more customers where there to help because the company wasn't there to help. read more
