Four young men and two 26' trucks showed up right on time and worked nonstop at an extremely rapid pace to load up extremely heavy furniture and oversized belongings in 3-4 hours (including elevator time) . When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. For the $1700 I paid I didn't even get my entire house moved and am having to move the rest of my house myself and be aware if your outside a certain area they tack on a hefty fee. Also some of the furniture they moved was turned upside down or on its end and internals were a mess. We also had a cheap shoe rack that got bent up and had to be thrown away and we still can't find some of our cords and remotes, so we ended up purchasing replacements for those things. I saw they had a groupon but instead of buying that I wanted to make sure they would be able to move me on the day I needed so I called the office and the gentleman honored the groupon deal without me having to purchase it through groupon which was great! Fast forward to 24 hours before my move I get an email stating that due to scheduling issues they did not have enough guys to move me at the requested time. This is was very stressful considering I was told this less than 24 hours before I was scheduled the move. I booked the move 3 weeks in advance and was told the time and day I selected would not be an issue. After several emails back and forth they were able to find a solution and find another student to help with the move at the time we needed which was great news to me. Now for the day of the move Graham called me and told me he was on time and scheduled to be at my apartment at 5, I said great my husband is already there and ready to go. They got there right at 5 and I received a text saying that my bellhops had clocked in (wonderful) they loaded up the heavy items and headed to the new place. Graham and Zackery were both very nice and professional and very quick I might add! We had quite a few items and were moving to the second floor so I know they had to be exhausted. All in all we had a great experience minus the snafu the day before. We will definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to another friend who booked the very next day.

The driver of the moving truck ran into the roof of the carport. The accident tore the trim of the roof. I filed a claim with bellhop because the complex was asking that I repair the damage. Because I was not the driver, i Asked that they pay via their liability insurance. This company s covered for such mishaps. this occurred on June 27, 2023. This company has not responded to my claim. Their insurance provider has not responded. As such, I ended up having to pay $850.00 to pay for the damage. I have filed a claim with the BBB in an attempt to get reimbursed for costs. If you use this company, just know if there is damage created by their employees, they will not accept responsibilities and pay for their damages. If they are reading this, I am still waiting for my money.

I am STILL finding broken things that they hide from us during the move! While the main guy was very nice, it in no way makes up for the literally thousands of dollars of broken things I will have to replace thanks to their terrible moving practices! Nothing had a scratch! Austin and Connor both worked extremely hard and were very personable, professional, and courteous. Now the bad: Even after taking a quick visual inventory of all our stuff, they thought they could move us in 4-5 hours. It took 9. At 4:40pm, Austin said that they needed to have the last load packed and ready to move to the new house (it took two trips) by 5:00pm so he said that we would need to "prioritize" the last remaining stuff. The reason was that they had another move to do after ours. Not good planning on their part. So, we had to move most of the stuff from my workshop and lawn equipment shed in addition to grandchildrens' play stuff. We also had numerous large pot plants and a lot of stuff from my attic as well. Thankfully, friends came over to help and we were still barely out by the 12:00 midnight deadline. Another negative was that we were not told about their one-hour charge for "travel time". That was an additional $200 just for them to GET HERE, so that was just money wasted for me. So, the move that we were expecting to cost us around $1,000-$1,200 tops ended up being over $2,000. Again, everything that THEY moved was done professionally and they were pleasant to work with. It's just that for $2,000 I would have expected them to finish the job. If not for our friends and relatives rallying around us, there is no possible way we could have been out in time. I would say that if you know EVERYTHING up front and they don't try to cram another move in afterward, they are fine. Had I known that they would impose an unspoken deadline, I would have looked elsewhere.
