Would you like to be treated disrespectfully and threatened by an unprofessional time waster? We were! After almost 2 weeks of waiting for a scheduled appointment for delivery and thousands of dollars spent on multiple containers (plus site preparation and labor paid for our people being made available for delivery assistance) Josh.. at J&J container services decided that we were "unreasonable " when we asked for better communication on our delivery day and said that although we had paid for the delivery... and his driver and truck were "at the yard awaiting loading" that he was going to cancel our delivery because we dared to tell him we weren't pleased with their communication with us. When we told him he was costing our business time and money and that we'd let others know what he'd done (apparently out of spite) Josh THREATENED To sue us. ... Purchased 2 containers from j and j in September. After the first rain which was about 2 weeks later one of the containers leaked. I was glad I had a 5 year warranty. I called josh the owner he asked "how do you want to handle this"? I was like that's why I'm calling so the person that sold me the container with warranty can handle it. He said i should flex seal it. Can you imagine spending well over 6 grand and a couple weeks later having the owner of a company tell you the customer to flex seal it. Obviously I jad bad feelings about how this was going to go. I said i needed a professional to come out and make the repair on this container because it has a warranty. He said he would call around to ppl in my area I never heard back. So I followed up, now he says they're all three weeks backlogged. Ok, well get me on the schedule and we'll get it taken care of. Well three weeks passes and nothing. I send an email asking who was coming out and when. No response. I send an email stating that I would be forced to contact the attorney general of texas about fraud warranty and that gets his attention. He calls me threatening to sue and calling names. This is a so called christian btw. So no just don't do business with these ppl. They will not homor their warranty and they do mot value you as a customer. I purchased a container from this company, the owner claimed it has a warranty. We have not had it very long and we have discovered it leaks, has bugs and mice getting inside. The owner will not return calls or text messages. A warranty has no value from someone like this, steer clear. read more
