On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation.
