He asked for my driver's license and immediately began entering it into his computer. I asked him what he was doing and he said opening an account for you. (Not the company I work for) Again I explained that I didn't want a personal account, I wasn't renting the machine, I would not be responsible for it. He asked for a phone number. I gave him the company's number. At that point he picks up the phone and said he was going to verify that the number I gave him was my cell number and that it must be my personal cell number because it was my account. I reluctantly wrote the number down and gave it to him. I told him again that I didn't want the account in my name, only in the company's name. I wasn't the responsible party and if he called me I would refer him the the companies number, or not answer the phone. At that point he denied me service. A couple of days later the owner responded to the poor review that I left, saying that I was denied service because I was argumentative and refused to give a phone number. I don't know what is going on here, but my company won't be going back to this place.

So I automatically thought that I would support a fellow classmate and their own business. Boy was I wrong. I made a deposit of $100 that was supposed to be refundable. The day of the move his crew did not show up and I could not contact anyone including Blake. I left numerous voicemails and received no answer. Later that evening after I had to hire another moving company, Blake reached out. I explained to him that his crew did not show up and would like my money refunded. He stated that I needed to send him proof that I hired a new moving company and he would refund my money. I sent him an invoice from the new moving company And the owner, Blake yarbrough, refused to refund my money. I beg you not to hire this company. He is very unprofessional and a downright thief.

My Moving Company had expressed an interest in taking care of my move. I followed the instructions from porch.com to call My Moving Company on July, 11, 2018. The man who took the call said he had nearly reached his destination and that he would call be back in 5 to 10 min. Here it is July 16, 2018, and I still have not received a return phone call from My Moving Company. I have already used another company who took care of our move. My Moving Company cannot be trusted. I would also be wary of porch.com since they recommended My Moving Company.
