Update: They contacted me and told me there is nothing they can do nor will they give me my money back. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE. Update: I was just told that this was "out of there control" in a "climate-controlled" space. WOW. I wish I could rate zero stars.

As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

The other company that I have used in the past said that June 5th was the earliest that they could possibly get me in. I have a Cub Cadet Zero Turn that kept dying out. I had replaced a lot of parts on it, they were needed anyway. It had been setting for about two seasons due to health. I had it running and then all of the sudden it started dying out. Tony came to the house, rebuilt the carburetor, and several other things to get it running. He was very good at diagnosing the problems and fixing them. After he was done, I was able to mow both front and back yards with absolutely no problems! It runs great now!! All this was done at a very reasonable price. Thanks Tony!!

Still following COVID guidelines we were able to do everything remotely as far as payment & picked up keys there onsite. We stored our house for a month while we transitioned from out of state back to our home town and to a new rental home. We have been storing our items here for about a year and a half now with no trouble. The people who…read morerun the office are great and the place is extremely secure, which is why we chose this location. Last weekend, we had record flooding, which flooded most, if not all the units. We signed up with their insurance when we first started our rental unit. Access Self Storage sent over our information and I filed the furniture we were claiming damaged. Come to find out, their insurance they offer does not cover flooding. We were not told that when we signed up for it. Needless to say, we will be looking for another unit to store our things. I'm sure many other people will too. I'm not risking their drainage system again while I'm paying insurance and they aren't even taking care of their current tenants. It's a waste of my time and my money.

They seemed completely confused & disorganized. I finally got an update WHILE the delivery guys were actually here in the house with the bed. My delivery window (when I did finally get it) only said 6am-7pm...ALL DAY...which is just ridiculous. The delivery guys themselves get 5 stars. They were quick and very professional. It isn't their fault the company is disappointing and leaving their customers hanging with no updates at all prior to delivery.
