I got a call while on duty from the older gentleman who runs the place stating that I had not paid and that he was going to turn me in. I told the man that I had come in and paid in person and that I still had the receipt. He proceeded to curse and threaten further. I came to the office the next morning and presented the receipt to the man. When he was found to be in the wrong he began cursing and making threats if I didn't leave.

The facility was easy to locate, very affordable, and clean. The manager was very flexible with me on my move in time. The rental process was extremely simple. The multiple way to pay rent, including a payment kiosk, makes payment easy and hassle free. I have enjoyed the overall move in experience. I would have given the facility 5 stars besides the fact that all of the facility lights did not operate at night which made part of my night move in a little difficult. My overall experience was pleasurable and made the moving process simpler.

Site manager rocks! He has a wonderful balance of professionalism and relatability to each person. His customer service is beyond commendable. My only regret is there is not any climate controlled storages which leaves me great concern for much of my belongings; however, SChoice had the least expensive rentals available during my search in the area.
