Parking for unloading was convenient and near the elevators, and access to complimentary dollys made unloading quick and easy. The actual rental process was very easy and thoroughly explained by John H., the property manager on site. I felt very comfortable in choosing this location to store my items. You have access to your storage from 5am - 9pm daily. Which is not too bad and quite understandable when you consider the area. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs.

The Manager AMANDA always gave the BEST in Customer Service. Amanda was always prompt to answer my call and to answer any questions. She proved to be personable and efficient! Even by phone I knew she was smiling, and loves what she does. She is a wonderful person and a an asset to Alamo Storage Company! My worries were few as the unit was Climate Controlled, regularly Pest Controlled and the property always kept clean and secured. The Security System is excellent and I never had an issue whatsoever! During the 10 years I had NO bad experience, none of my valuables were damaged or even dusty since the area is maintained as it has been. As far as the value, it was the most affordable anywhere. My friend was able to call and reserve a unit right away with All Storage. They waited for the movers, my belongings and I to get there and Jenny personally gave me a tour of the facility and my unit! It was beautiful! The facility is amazingly clean.
