I had quite a bit to pack and move in June 2025, and moved into a three story townhome. Considering that, I felt $3500 was a fair price. Last week, after downsizing quite a bit, doing most of my own packing (much of my stuff had never been unpacked and was still in AMS boxes from last year., I called them again based on my experiences in previous moves Unfortunately I didn't read recent reviews. They offered a "complimentary" kitchen packing, which I accepted. (It's not complimentary!) The crew of three men and one gal showed up- gal in charge. One guy was great, the other two did t speak English and were like two of the three stooges. Laughing. Goofing around. Boss lady stayed in the truck and listened to something with headphones for hours. Then she decides to start packing the kitchen after 5 hours which ran the clock even further. Two Stooges Moe and Curly dropped my sofa, damaged the frame. They continued to mess around. Unloading was even worse.. I don't want to pay for someone to screw on lampshades. I need assistance to MOVE boxes and furniture. The guy who was hard working left between loading and unloading. In short: instead of the quoted price of $3500, I was charged $7500! I called customer service and they knocked $400 off labor because the fourth guy wasn't there to help unload. The movers broke a mahogany dining room chair, damaged my buffet, sofa (then tried to hide the damage) and a few other items. I will never ever recommend them again, nor will I use them to move again. Horrible customer service from Troy, horrible experience with YaYa and her two stooges. They acted like college kids helping move for beer and pizza! Hideous!

I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

From the moment the guys arrived at our old home until the moment they unloaded and unwrapped the last piece of furniture at our new home I can say it was completely seamless, and we have a LOT of -ish! They packed items we hadn't packed with no hesitation or question. They went ABOVE & BEYOND making sure furniture was placed in the correct room, that it was positioned how we wanted it and even moved a few HEAVY items a few times just to make sure it was to our liking. Did I mention they took beds down AND set them up at the new house? Upstairs AND downstairs? The day was extremely long but they never showed any sign of being tired, they kept right on unloading, going up & down at BOTH homes too!!! Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish. I referred Donnie a long-distance move for my clients, and from the very beginning it was a mess. He rushed through the phone call, failed to gather basic and necessary information, and quoted my clients $1,500, which turned out to be wildly inaccurate. When the movers actually showed up, the price magically jumped to $2,300 -- and even after paying that inflated amount, they still didn't move everything. My clients were forced to rent a U-Haul themselves just to finish the move. Absolutely unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent. At pickup, the movers couldn't even give a rough estimate of when the items would be delivered. My clients' belongings were left in limbo for days, and it took countless phone calls just to get a vague update on where their items were and when they might arrive. This level of disorganization is shocking for a company that claims to be professional. On top of all that, Donnie personally put in writing that I would receive a referral fee. When I followed up to resolve the issue professionally, he completely dodged responsibility -- ignoring messages, blocking my calls, and refusing to communicate at all. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about his character and how this company operates. I was told my concerns were "escalated to customer service," yet I've heard absolutely nothing since. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. This company is misleading, unreliable, and operates with zero integrity. They bait customers with low pricing, change terms last minute, and disappear when problems arise. PLEASE BEWARE -- save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and stay far away from this company.
