I really like this storage place. The front office is friendly, honest and forthright about their facilities. The security system is top notch, cameras everywhere keeping everyone honest who comes in and out. The only downside (minus 1 star) is the facility is not 24/7. You have access to your storage from 5am - 9pm daily. Which is not too bad and quite understandable when you consider the area. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs. read more

The manager Michelle is very professional and make sure she listens to everything you need and is very quick to help she knows exactly what you need as soon as you tell her what you are storing and always has a smile every time you come in the office definitely recommend store space on hansboro avenue need more people like Michelle read more

i'm all about the local business support. This place is pretty perfect IMO. It's really nice and clean, has plenty of units at great prices and the manager lives on-site. Unlike those other places, when you call you get the actual person. He was SUPER helpful with this clueless person (me). I've never owned an RV, just learned out to tow, never backed one up. So, with his help we got that baby into the spot and he even helped me unhook! He's diligent about doing the rounds, cleaning up any trash or debris and insuring that your property is secure. He explains everything clearly, he's bi-lingual and just an all around great guy. After my visit I realized I went to the right place! read more

This place is perfect for me. It's located near my Oak Cliff stomping grounds in a quiet neighborhood. It's clean, tidy, easy to access and not an eyesore like so many public storage places are. I was real happy with the previous owners. I had no problem when they were there. Since these robbers have taken over , its has been nothing but a headache.I had signed up for the automatic draft payment. They send me a email stating that I'm passed due .. so I give them a call .. and no answer. I call again and no answer. So I called the 1866 # finally a live person .. then the heifer sticks me with a late charge. When it is not even my FAULT , she didn't give a damn..and top of that she hangs up on me !!! Nahhh baby . They aren't making any money so they stick you with late charges when its not even your fault !! I used Oak Cliff Bargain for a couple of months and I absolutely loved it!!! The prices were awesome, clean and safe. David is helpful and awesome. We moved 2 hrs away so we had to let go of this storage and find one closer to home. :( This is one place I did not want to let go of! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! read more

I did and I appreciate them confirming with the insurance company of both issues (vermin and hole in roof) but they should have taken initiative to get the issues fixed. They didn't offer any discount on my rent price.

This place is located just off of Hwy 67, so to everyone nervous about having to go into oak cliff to get a truck... don't be. It's not that bad. I reserved the 10 ft truck, but when I got there, the 12 ft truck was available, so the girl behind the counter upgraded me to the 12ft for no extra charge. After my move, I brought the truck back to turn in my keys. My only complaint of the place would be that it took about 12 minutes to get everything finalized. I was the only person in the office, but the girl behind the counter was trying to simultaneously talk to her friend on the phone while closing out my rental. Not once did she put the phone down and tell her friend to hold on. She was quiet and not rude about it, but I did not appreciate the lack of urgency. However, I was still happy that I got a larger truck for no extra cost, so I guess it balanced it out.

I'm in the process of relocating for work and decided to use the UHaul pods. I spoke with a woman named Natalie who walked me through the process. Part of that included me putting a card on file, my items would leave Tuesday and my estimated arrival was Aug10. I get a call today, only to be put on hold for 15-20 minutes. It's them wanting me to drive an hour so they can run my card "for security reasons." The same card that's already on file. At this point, I'm already heading out of town for my move and a funeral. I call them back to escalate the call b/c wth? They literally had no solution, no accountability for their misinformation, nothing. So! I have to miss my flight and add additional time to my rental car, go to UHaul and when I get there the only thing they want is to authorize my card for $100. THE SAME CARD THAT'S ALREADY ON FILE! I asked was a signature required? Photo ID? Nope, nothing. It's for security, right? Okay! I asked how the final payment needs to be taken care of, they say with the card on file. You have to be kidding me!! I ask to speak with a manager and more BS. I then say, you know what, just let me know when my stuff will arrive. Now! No one knows anything. Now they have to contact traffic control or whatever the hell. They have to do anything and everything FIRST, before giving me the information I need. Information they were already CLEARLY unsure about. Information they'd ALREADY misinformed me about. This has absolutely been the WORST moving experience. Save yourself the headache and use the actual PODS company. It's worth the extra money, trust me. UHaul is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and quite frankly incapable. Not only did they cost me money on changing my flight, and on additional time on my rental, now I will be in my new home without the things that I need, AND no idea when the hell they will arrive.

I have been doing business with bargain storage 3316 Hansboro Ave Dallas for the last several months. I have multiple units there. In the time I have been here the facility has had a makeover. Fresh paint and attention to detail. The manager David Vasquez is really a great representative of the business! He is kind makes you feel like family. Mr. David was great, I needed a storage same day, and thankfully he had one. He was very detailed, covered all areas and I had no questions in return. This storage facility is secure and well kept grounds. Awesome customer service experience, I would give the management 10 stars, hands down. FYI this is the only storage I know of that supplies the customer with a lock/key at no charge. They do not except cash here, so come prepared. Smooth move, easy in and out process. read more

Cheapest place I found for storage of my boat, have had no issues here at all and i'm very happy. Place is clean and way better then the chains nearby. Its gated and keycode needed to get in and has cameras everywhere, best place i could find. read more
