Unlike those other places, when you call you get the actual person. He was SUPER helpful with this clueless person (me). I've never owned an RV, just learned out to tow, never backed one up. So, with his help we got that baby into the spot and he even helped me unhook! He's diligent about doing the rounds, cleaning up any trash or debris and insuring that your property is secure. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs.
