Never again will I allow Public Storage to pull me in with their sticky storage rates. On 10/16/23 I moved my belongings into Public Storage, with a monthly rate of $131.00. In just over four months on 2/29/24, I received notice that my rate would be increasing to $176.00 for April's payment. At this point I called and inquired on why it was being raised so quickly, in which case they did what was called a rent adjustment and left the rate at $131.00. By 7/3/24 (just over four months later) my rate increased to $176.00, and they said that there's nothing they can do about the increase. Then once again, four months later I received another notice on 11/26/24 that my rate would be increased to $223.00 and would take effect on 1/1/25. Outrageous! My previous storage facility was also climate controlled at U-Haul, and I stored my items there for six years. Within that six-year period, my storage rate only increased three times starting at $152.00 and ended at $168.00. At public storage within one year and two months, my storage rate increased twice almost doubling what I was paying when I first moved my belongings into Public Storage. On 12/27/24 I moved my belongings from Public Storage to a competitor that is also climate controlled. My rent at the competitor's climate storage is $152.00 a month for an even larger storage unit than what I had at Public Storage. You tried to get me Public Storage, better luck getting someone else with your excessive rate increases. And lastly, the temperature is not cool in your facility. It was always too warm, even during summer months. read more

I don't understand I was with All storage since I moved to Texas. I paid my bill on time or late. The one time I go past public storage rule due to an emergency they pit a lien on my u it cut my lock then tell me I have to but a new lock. Ummm you should replace my lock due to Injave never been in a position to have a lien put on my unit. I am not a trouble customer and I had friends go to them never again. Go to U-Haul.​ read more

BEWARE OF SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They aren't liable for ANYTHING! Even if you do purchase the additional Insurance they offer 3rd Party! If I could give 0 stars I would. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! While having my belongings stored in a safe Climate Controlled Unit for a year in 2 separate climate controlled units, I have UNEXPECTEDLY come to discover my expensive brand new furniture and other items have been ruined by my Storage Units NOT being properly climate controlled over the past year AND apparently the sprinklers went off and ruined one of my most expensive pieces of furniture due to the sprinklers going off at some time over the past year. And lastly rats nests being found when moving my furniture out of my 2 Storage Units (Insurance DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE DONE BY RATS & ALL STORAGE WILL NOT TELL YOU) Yes I purchased the 3rd Party Insurance that All Storage offers, but the maximum coverage is $5,000. When 3 of your brand new Furniture items cost $20,000 total that have been ruined due to water & heat it's DEVASTATING! Needless to say when contacting the management for further coverage due to All Storage being the cause, you will be told" SORRY I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU BUT THE CONTRACT YOU SIGN WHEN BECOMING A TENANT, HOLD'S US NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF YOUR CONTENTS AND YOU AGREE TO THAT WHEN SIGNING" They DONT have to take responsibility for ANY DAMAGE whatsoever that is done while your items are here....they don't have to keep it climate controlled, they don't have to tell you when the sprinklers go off and your items are damaged, they aren't responsible when an Employee lies and sells you a climate controlled unit and it's not...ALL of this makes me sick to my stomach to find this out AFTER an incident has occurred! NONE OF THIS IS TOLD/DISPLAYED AT ALL WHEN LEASING A UNIT! BEWARE!!! read more

All Storage was an amazing place to store my goods. I was able to rent my unit over the phone with the District Manager. Really how many times have you had the opportunity to work with a D.M. It made me feel special! Just know ahead of time that she asks a lot of questions to ensure that she is getting you the correct size with an awesome price. After she did the lease she identified herself to tell me if I had any issues to call her so she could help. I did not need to call her, she nailed the correct unit. My moving company was thrilled to have enough space. So in the long run she saved me even more money because they did not need to worry about space and got my move done quickly. I moved out today after having my goods in storage for about 6 months. I would highly recommend A.S. and Karen to all my family and friends! read more

Public Storage has taken over this facility and it is so upsetting. I initially thought when I was reached out to, it was an error because I have dealt with Public Storage and would never look to them for anything. My family and I have been with All Storage my whole adult life on/off when needing it and everyone usually says, "oh it is pricey" I always respond "you get what you pay for. They are nice, try to help as much as they possibly can, respectful and there is never an inconvenience of entering, use of carts and/or lighting." All of which were issues the one and last time I had dealt with Public Storage. As soon as I learned they took over my intention was to move my storage. I have a 10x15 so this would require movers so I calmed thought to give the benefit of the doubt and just leave it. After-all, I thought I had read they would be changing nothing but the insurance and nothing takes effect until February. I called today to get this all updated and when I get a callback - which I left all my info so she would know I am switching over to their system or whatever is needed, she says yes, this is public storage. Not how can I help you or an intro into helping me to get setup appropriately. I said you guys are now over All-Storage and I am supposed to get with you before February. Before I could say anything else she starts talking about no this has been since November and this would no longer be called All-Storage since then. I began to tell her about my auto-pay and that would be carried over from what I understood. She interrupts me again, saying I needed to sign a new contract, I am going to be uninsured because I did not do this/that and they did not auto-take my last payment. No, I do not keep up with that, I do auto-pay so that I do not have to keep up with it. As I am explaining that to her and even apologize that I want to look at my bank she continues to talk over me- again stating well you logged in from one of the emails and yet didn't make a payment. I explained to her as mentioned before I thought this was a scam at first & a bit confused because coincidently I did in October inquire at U-haul for closet sized storage for E-bay stuff and thought it was perhaps that and I made an error in storage name. Even then did not want to be rude an explain my utter distaste for Public Storage. I explained when I received my mail with the move information is when I knew and I was going by my storage in December and looked up an email to see about my access only to get in as I wasn't worried about anything until February. She proceeded to cut me off and say okay well do you have any more questions? I said well I have a lot because I feel like I am now behind since I read February and put this off - my fault, I know but I will take this information and just want to know process if I move. She throws amounts at me I write them down, she is never pleasant, she never sounds professional and just the exact service I would expect from a Public Storage. I am a single mother and will definitely be attempting to first downsize and then hire movers to get me out of this nightmare. I absolutely love and miss All Storage already. read more
