In Sept of 2024 my son and I went to look for certain items and discovered the unit had been flooded and was infested with rats, the manager Denorma was nice and told us we could use any empty units that were next to ours to sort our items. She said she would need to investigate what had happened, 2 months later she tells us that there had been a flood in July and had notified us then! she put the unit up for auction for non payment but had originally told me she would waive the monthly charges. I paid $1,200 for Nov and Dec and took my stuff out. I should have taken what was left earlier but was too upset that half of my stuff was ruined. She forged the contract in Sept and denies doing so. I would not recommend this place at all.

I came there thinking I would be able to move my stuff in right away, well I was wrong. 90% of my our belongings was covered in mice urine and fecal matter. If it did not have either one of those, it had been chewed through! I went to the front and asked what they could do if anything, all their response was "your insurance will cover it"! What???? Terrible way of doing business!! My unit was on the inside where there should not have been rodents. Come on guys, do a better job at servicing your clientele! I'm a nurse and if there is something wrong with how I've taken care of a patient, I just don't tell he family the insurance will handle it. Won't be referring you to anyone that I know ever!

The only thing we ever ran into was communication. We only needed the unit for 3 days, and we were out within 2. I called and left 2 messages on how to return the locks, never received a call back but received an email about a bill for the following month. I called and spoke to a man and told him that I finally left the locks and keys in the unlocked unit. He said he would take care if it. I was very happy with the service overall.
