By the end of the day I was told it would have to be Sunday instead. This created some significant problems but I was willing to work with them. On Sunday, I was told it was going to have to be moved to Tuesday. It just so happened that I was going to be out of town on Tuesday and couldn't receive the second part of the move. I was told that would be rescheduled at my convenience. The bulk of the move did actually happen on Tuesday. When the day came for the second part of the move to happen, which was only a bed and a grandfather clock, I got put off again, from Saturday to Sunday. And on Sunday, right at the end of the agreed-upon window, I got a call asking for more money to complete the job. I was informed that because of my inability to receive the second part of the move on Tuesday, I was going to have to pay more. No matter that I was available to receive it Saturday, Sunday, and even Monday if that had been an option. The delay was not due to any action on my part and was actually very stressful for me. Yet I was at fault for not being available on Tuesday at the second location. My big mistake was not reading enough reviews before hiring this company. Although they have some good reviews, and I have no doubt they can do a good job, several other people have reported having issues similar to what I experienced. Had I seen those accounts I probably would have looked for someone else to do the move. I do not recommend this company for your moving needs.

The boxes were high quality and not the junk you buy at the big box stores and they give you discounts for buying 10 or 20. The Penske truck was great. A very clean truck that ran great and even had a liftgate on it that made moving our appliances and heavy furniture a snap. Loved it. Beats the heck out of those guys with the old orange trucks. LOL Customer service was top notch. Mike took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and was very professional. If we ever need storage we will go there!!!

I was glad I kept after the owner to get receipts because he tried to charge me twice for my deposits - I was told I'd pay the remaining amount when the moving van arrived at my house - I was asked for money all throughout the trip and I'm 95% sure I overpaid by about $2000 - I had a lot on my mind moving cross country ... Time lines were also theoretical - if they were supposed to show up at 8am and were late - this included set up appointments, packing, and leaving - I'd call and got 'we'll get there when we get there ...' I paid for people to pack and unpack my house including helping me build furniture at my new house - thankfully neighbors took care of packing the house for me - the only thing the movers packed was my garage - they seemed unable to understand that if it was in the garage it needed to be packed and I finally gave up and left stuff behind ... of course unpacking consisted of putting things in my house and then leaving ... The only good thing I can say is that the 2 guys that actually drove the truck from my old house to my new house were great ... I got constant updates and knew exactly where they were (even without the AirTag I'd thrown in a box) ... Don't waste your time with this company ...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest…read more My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They damaged my brand-new bedroom set and used tape to hold my dresser drawers together--completely unprofessional behavior. They were instructed not to touch anything that wasn't boxed, but still moved items they weren't supposed to. One mover even broke my 64-inch TV by carelessly dragging it across the room instead of properly disassembling and packing it. What should've been a straightforward move 12 boxes, 2 bedroom sets, 2 living room sets, and a few small items took 7 hours due to their lack of organization and failure to follow instructions. To make matters worse, the owner has not responded to my complaints, and one of their employees has been giving me the runaround for over a week, claiming he's "waiting on corporate" to process a payment for the damages. Still, nothing has been done. This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity. I do not recommend them to anyone.
