Update So they go up on the storage fees every 3 months then they keep people hard earned money. If you move out early (5days) at the start of a new month you have to pay the whole month with no reimbursement. So end up paying almost $600 for 5 days. Because that's was the easiest we could move in the our new place. After a year 4 months of paying storage fees with them going out all the time. This is how they treat people!!!!

I received a message the number could not be reached. I reconfirmed the number and no success. A text message was attempted but while we awaited a reply. I physically drove the facility. I however discovered I was locked out of the facility. After about a hour we were provided a different number to call. The person we spoke to was rude and was reluctant to meet us at the site. I later learned he was the owner. This facility is not staffed so you're out of luck if there is a problem because their phone doesn't work either. I received three different numbers to call via text. Finally once the owner arrived on site he was belligerent, condescending and belittled me. At one point he called me a fool and said he hated people of my generation. This guy has no business working with the public. Total loser ! I gave them one star because it's required but I would have given him zero.

I have been with this location for a year or so, I…read morewas with the previous company for a month ish before Extra Space bought them out, they initially kept my rate but shortly after have been slowly raising my rates. I have had 4 rate changes in less than a year, I have a 10x20 and my initial rate was 190, I am now currently at 334. Not only do their rates change frequently, their late fees change as well. My bill is due the 2nd, I pay the 10th (8 days later) and I am charged a 66.80$ "late fee", and yes I understand if you pay your bill on time there's no fee, but a little over a week late and I'm charged a 20% late fee? So my advice to anyone considering using this place for storage is simple..... dont. Find somewhere else where they won't continue raising rates consistently, and nickel and dime you.
