The only thing we ever ran into was communication. We only needed the unit for 3 days, and we were out within 2. I called and left 2 messages on how to return the locks, never received a call back but received an email about a bill for the following month. I called and spoke to a man and told him that I finally left the locks and keys in the unlocked unit. He said he would take care if it. I was very happy with the service overall.

Surely the Better Business Bureau has and is entertaining complaints (in addition to the one I have filed) with regard to the ineffective business practices and dismal treatment of customers by this concern.
