The staff sets themselves apart with the level of professionalism, their willingness to work with the customers, understand their situation and not to mention their competency. Even when we faced a challenge of miscommunication, once I expressed myself, they continued to treat me like a human being and accepted my feedback in a polite manner. They do not honor their word: Two weeks prior to the last day of billing I spoke with them about moving out since I had moved and didn't need my storage. She said I had to fill out paperwork or something, didn't mention the lock and such. Then she called me the day before the last day to tell me I wouldn't be cancelled because I needed to come back and do my lock and remove a bike in there. Due to work, I needed an evening to come back since I now live 50 miles away. The person agreed for my arrival on Tuesday evening on a Monday and then they sent me a Past Due late notice for the very thing we agreed on that Tuesday. The management on property is terrible and unprofessional: The lady did not keep her word! Bad business ethics. Worse than this is the fact that they are consistently not at the property when their posted hours are. Not sure if the owner knows that or not, but it was sometimes hard to get a hold of them or get help from them onsite. She brings her kids to work with her in the summer too, which I get sometimes, but not the whole summer basically last year. The experience was terrible: Overall, I had a terrible experience with people who over-charge, didn't keep their word or provide decent service. It sucked. The units are good, but not worth the risk of management that don't care and don't have enough cameras to make up for it: Trust me, call anyone but them in Midlothian and you will be better off. Don't let the property fool you, it is nice but the person running it over there is not going to be helpful to you.

If they are going to operate online, they need to make sure they aren't making reservations when they are closed. The manager has been rude both times I've spoken to him about not having my phone calls or email returned. Today I had to have someone stop in to address this matter with me on the phone. The manager rudely stated "it's funny because I'm here all the time and I didn't get a call or voicemail from you." Only to check and see my missed call and say, "oh I do see you called on Friday." No apology for his snarky initial comment and he kept cutting me off. Not to mention my portal is only showing one until and not both so I was unable to pay online and when I asked if he would look into it, he stated " Idk why your portal isn't working. But you can call and make payments if you can't get through the portal" sir the reason I had my mom come there on her lunch break mind you is because y'all haven't gotten back to me!
