Friends kept telling me horror stories about chain storage facilities which increase prices unexpectedly and repeatedly. And the ones I toured had poor security and/or were dirty. When I raised concerns about my TV being damaged during the move, I felt dismissed immediately instead of heard as a paying, repeat customer. My interaction with Patrick S. Dobson, the Vice President, was extremely unprofessional. After I responded once to explain my concerns, his reply included "this is not worth arguing over," despite the fact that there was no back-and-forth argument happening. I was simply trying to explain my perspective regarding the damage claim. The tone of the response came across as rude, defensive, and dismissive rather than customer-focused. I also do not believe the company properly handled the damage investigation. Photos were presented as if the damage was pre-existing, but the TV had no prior damage before the movers entered my home. If any issue had truly existed beforehand, it should have been clearly pointed out to me at the time. As someone who works with customers, professionalism and communication matter just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected, and because of that, I will not be using this company again.

You have access to your storage from 5am - 9pm daily. Which is not too bad and quite understandable when you consider the area. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs.

Failure of Communication: The only notification of this critical change was via an obscure email. There was NO NOTICE posted in their official customer app. Crucially, the large sign out front still falsely advertises 6:00 AM access, actively misleading paying customers. The Incident & Cost: On Saturday, 11/15/25, I arrived at 8:30 AM and was locked out until 9:30 AM. I was stuck waiting along with at least six other frustrated customers. This delay directly cost me $150.00 for one hour of contracted moving labor that was left idled. When I called to request a more reliable communication option for important updates (e.g., mail), I was bluntly told that it was "not an option." If access time is critical to your business or moving schedule, DO NOT rely on this facility.
