Although they were so far away from me, I was worry-free. A3 is so clean and safe, and Melanie so responsive. My only regret: I knew that it would be unlikely I'd find such great storage and management again. Friends kept telling me horror stories about chain storage facilities which increase prices unexpectedly and repeatedly. And the ones I toured had poor security and/or were dirty. (Thank goodness I finally found another locally managed facility, though not quite up to A3's standard: Melanie spoiled me!) Should you need clean, climate-controlled storage with easy access, decent lighting, and excellent management close to downtown Dallas, this is your place.

There's no sign that says lunch breaks at noon, secondly because I'm gonna meet your snobbery tone with facts and remind them it's 11:58. Normally I wouldn't care but this woman had such an idiotic tone, she needed a reality check. Put a sign on the door that you're out lunch. Don't answer or talk to potential customers like you're familiar. Act like you're there to serve customers-- it's the job!

03-15-2022 @ 16:30…read more DO NOT GO HERE! Very unprofessional We made a reservation for today yesterday. We pulled up to unload our stuff and fill out the paperwork. A lady was sitting in her car in front of the building. She rolled her window down, informed us that the lights are on, no one is answering the phone and she can't get ahold of anyone and she had been there for an hour. We were there for about 15-20 minutes. I decide to call the police in case there was a little old man or lady in there that ran it and something had happened. I didn't know if the door locked itself due to the "wait for the buzz to open the door" sign. A few minutes later a car pulled up. He unlocked the door and went inside. We shortly followed. I informed him that I called for a welfare check and told him why. When it was our turn he already had a bad attitude. I ignored it. We had been able to get ahold of a call center that they run through prior and they offered us 50 dollars off of our bill for the inconvenience. I let him know and his tone got sharper. My wife told him who she had spoken to. He then started going through his emails. He said there was an email that stated that we were there with our rental to get our storage. My wife told him that we don't have a rental. He then whipped his screen around and said very sharply, "I am just reading what it says here". I said," you're not going to talk to my wife like that". He looks at me and asks in a loud aggressive voice," What did you say?" I respond," You're not going to f***ing talk to my wife that way". He stood up, pointed at the door and said," You can leave or I am calling the police. I don't need your business." We went elsewhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are a woman. I don't know if it's because no one wants to work, but I've noticed lately that a lot of these customer service people think they are irreplaceable.

Still following COVID guidelines we were able to do everything remotely as far as payment & picked up keys there onsite. We stored our house for a month while we transitioned from out of state back to our home town and to a new rental home. The unit was clean, the gentleman I talked to was super kind and easy to communicate with. If/when we get a house of our own, we will definitely consider them again for our transition and storage needs.

As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

The other company that I have used in the past said that June 5th was the earliest that they could possibly get me in. I have a Cub Cadet Zero Turn that kept dying out. I had replaced a lot of parts on it, they were needed anyway. It had been setting for about two seasons due to health. I had it running and then all of the sudden it started dying out. Tony came to the house, rebuilt the carburetor, and several other things to get it running. He was very good at diagnosing the problems and fixing them. After he was done, I was able to mow both front and back yards with absolutely no problems! It runs great now!! All this was done at a very reasonable price. Thanks Tony!!
